I love to go here and peaceful shop..like a small Walmart with Dollar general prices and no crowds! So if you choose to or your age or physical ability forces you to walk slow,or you want to look and read over products and enjoy looking over items great place. If you are having a you day an want to add a little shopping 🛒🛍️...this is the place to go!!!

Ive always had a great experience at Big lots. You never know what you might find in the things that you need and not even know it. I shop there a lot and enjoy the people that work there.

This store had some nice workers.. The store was clean and I appreciate that beyond measure... But to be comparable to Competitors and online resources they need to offer shipping quicker than ten week periods!

Its been a very long time since I have gone into Big Lots. I dont think Ill be going back again any time soon. The prices are not very good and the store in general is a little difficult to navigate. Unless you are going for something specific like I was, youre better off going elsewhere.

I cant brag enough about this location! I wish every cashier was as helpful and friendly as mine. This is the best Big Lots Ive ever dealt with.

Terrible smelling. As soon as you walk in it smelled of urine. Went inside hoping it was just the foyer area it was worse. So bad we left and didnt shop. No employees (and there were 3 standing there chatting with each other) never spoke or welcomed us. This is a terrible excuse for a business.

Store manager is amazing!!! Employees are very helpful! Stores kept clean and organized!

Manager went above and beyond to find us what we were looking for; he searched the shelves and throughout the back stock room. He was such a delight!

It should have more better soft bed and day time beds and chairs reclaimed and love set for pillow support the head and a special pillow that supports people thats have active where fields comfortable

My experience ordering online was terrible. I ordered kids bunk beds, I was told it has shipped for days. I later tracked it, it never shipped at all. Big Lots told me to call FedEx, FedEx customer service worker was worse than Big Lots. Dont buy anything online from them buy in store only, especially with FedEx delivering

Everyone was very helpful.

The toilets in the womens restroom need to be replaced. They do not flush. Restroom needs to be cleaned in general. There was toilet paper all over the floor, and no trash bag in the trash can.

We went in this morning and decided to get our daughter a dresser. After waiting a good 20 minutes with no assistance, I decided to go towards the register. The manager i assume walked up and asked if we needed help (mind you he walked past us twice as we were standing there obviously wanting to purchase something). When I told him we were looking at getting a dresser his response was did they tell you we didnt have it? I explained we had been waiting for assistance for 20 minutes but everyone was standing around the register propped up. He stated that it was cashiers. So I asked was he to a cashier.? He proceeded to continue to blame someone else for not assisting. I showed him which one she wanted he then went to the back and sent another guy out who was more than happy to assist us in our purchase. And he told me that he was sent out to deal with the disgruntled customer. I could not get managers name nor corporates number.

I like big lots! They have real good prices. My only complaint would be the slow checkout sometimes. But the items they carry are great and cheap. Im not to impressed with the food isle. Get most things you need here and a few extras too.

Im sort of biased towards Big Lots they really have all the best products for prices. The groceries are reasonable electronics are reasonable even though theyre not exactly the best. Furnitures good prices. To me its just the best or in Statesboro. Only thing is sometimes some of the cashiers are pretty rude. But the store is always clean.

Very friendly staff. I needed a retractable leash and went to 3 different stores and they had the cheapest in town so now Ill always go here first. They have expanded so much! Its nice to be able to pick up a half gallon of milk without making another stop at the grocery store.

Me and my partner came in today to buy furniture. The sales guy lewis Lonnie something. Lol tall guy shabed head and dad bod for lack of better words was very helpful, explained everything in detail, helped us load the van etc.
