Bought my home in December, so its just a few months old . My exterior door has been in need of repair since delivery. It wont lock or close securely at times . You can actually see light from outside through the gap around the door . Dont feel safe !My lights flicker or surge or just go out at times . I was told an electrician would be sent to take care of this a month ago .Linoleum is bubbled up and Like everything else ..... Im still waiting ....I could go on ..... its ridiculous the service and run around Ive gotten .

The customer service was deplorable. They tried to charge me twice for services included included in the sale price. They took the place of the lender, which was one they told us we had to chose from, and who never told us anything, to tell us how much we owed and how much per month it would be. They were totally unprofessional and blatantly lied to me. NEVER do business with them

When home was deliver there was wood pieces under the flooring they cut the flooring and said they could repair it and never know it was cut. Now the cuts edges are rolling up Ive called several times and it falls on dead ears. were about to take it to the next level. customer service sucks after you sign the contract

No moving permit 2 winters without heat (the two thermostats didn’t make a heat pump magically appear) black mold growing my home even though it’s suppose to be a brand new home when transporting the home your employees didn’t strap down the Appliances and damaged the walls andFloors!! Even the employees know your a rip off!
