Very helpful! Bought new wipers and Kevin(?) Put them on for me. He was not feeling well and was one of 2 people working. They need raises and some help for these great guys!

Larry M (Store Manager was a life saver. My car completely shut off at the turn in entrance to shopping center where autozone is located. Had to walk to autozone to (7 min walk) to purchase a battery. Long story short Larry drove me back to my car put my battery in and then followed me back to store to test my alternator (which was the problem).Either way i appreciate the extraordinary customer service.

Sign posted mask required but staff assisting me did not have one on and he was smoking while installing my battery. Even though he was outside installing my battery, I felt like he shouldnt be smoking while assisting the customer! He did a good job installing the battery.

Wrong order was placed, even though the guy came upside and took measurements and knew what was supposed to be ordered. He ordered passenger instead of driver side mirror. He told me to pick it up next day, I went to the store and the actual arrival date was 5 days later. Here I am, 5 days later with nothing and waiting for my money to be returned. Super disappointed. These stores are nothing like they used to be. No reliable nor experienced employees

I am posting this to help you improve service, not to get anyone fired. We all need jobs. I thought it was because I was a female but see that a male customer recently had the same experience I did. 2 employees and 2 customers besides me and not so much as a hello, we will be with you in a moment. Acknowledge the customer! I too went across the street and was immediately greeted. Makes all the difference!

Service was very bad

The employee guy Cesear was very helpful and nice when we hit something on the interstate and it tore out splash cover. Was a hot day and he was very willingly to help us fix it.

Courtious people got everything I needed plus my Veterans discount left with a smile.

Great customer service and fast service. Was in and out in no time. Was passing through when my oil light came on. Needed some oil and was able to get it and be on the road again in no time flat. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Definitely helpful and would recommend this auto parts store anytime.

Fast friendly Service, had the front brake hose in stock for my Dads 85 Chevy pickup. Very reasonable price. Store was very clean and well stocked shelves. Nice and cool also A++

They always have everything I need. With speedy and friendly check out, and are willing to help you with your vehicle if your not sure about something. One of the guys changed my wiper blades so I wouldnt have to mess with it, he was so helpful.

These guys are great every time I went in they have been able to help me with my car they have come out and put the computer to it told me what was wrong with it and I went and got it fixed. They never try to push anything on me to sell. And on top of that the last time I was there I cannot remember his name and Im so sorry but he helped change the light bulb that goes above my license plate. Because I couldnt get it out myself so I thank you guys so much.

They definitely had everything that I needed except someone to take my money, so I took it across the street to OReillys. Best decision of the day so far and its getting late.

The service was pretty good, I only checked out due to not having any questions. However, someone else was there with a lot of questions and the associates answered every question in detail, making sure they had all they needed before checking out.

Quick in and out with good help

Went into the location today and asked for help locating a touch up paint. The female associate I asked told me she does not know much about touch up paint and walked away. I asked another associate and he was also not to enthusiastic about helping me either. Not friendly or helpful today. Ill go somewhere else.

3 people at counter with customers on my arrival. Went around store same 3, waited say 6 min. Same 3.The employees simply work s l o w.Pass on this, go anywhere else

Worse auto store experience ever. Twice I can here for 2 different things and both times they couldnt help. On top of that the older heavy set man was a real jerk both times. Ill never come back. One star is way to high of a rating for the incompetence that takes place here.

There are numerous auto parts store choices in the area. Service was great. Staff was fast and very helpful.

I was directed there by a guy at a gas station when my minivan overheated on Rt. 77. The AutoZone guys were knowledgeable and helped troubleshoot the problem. When we found out it was more than a quick fix, after 7pm, and looking like we were stuck in Statesville overnight, they helped me find an affordable mechanic that would come right to the AutoZone parking lot and diagnose the problem.

Service isnt that great at this location but other Statesville location was by far the best experience I have ever had

The staff is always willing to go above and beyond. Larry, Frank, Laura and the whole crew will never disappoint you. They have a lot of experience in the industry and are very professional! Not to mention Autozones nationwide database which allows them to search for warranties NO RECIEPT NEEDED even if you were to move across the country!

Ordered a head for my truck never showed up after 2 weeks i got a refund and 3 days later it showed up,opened box bottom of head was rusted,was given wrong exhaust bolt kit all were ordered at the same time in person, every time you go in this store it is the same thing no one at counter people waiting in line and wrong parts, going to take my business someplace else !
