Wonderful people! We were traveling from Charlotte with our family and towing a camper and had a tire problem. They took care of us immediately and got us back on the road to our vacation. We are grateful there are such wonderful small businesses left in this world. God bless you.

This shop repaired exhaust manifold leaks for me on an older truck. The manifold was rusted severely and bolts completely broken off. I had gotten several bids and they were either much higher or the shop refused to do the work, including a dodge dealer .Bob and his staff repaired it and was very professional . Prior to starting the work he had explained that their technique would take time but they would get it done.Considering what had to be done, and I have done Alot of work on the truck myself, they completed it in a timely fashion.A big thank you to B & B automotive for taking on a task that many other shops priced it unreasonable or said they wouldnt do it.I would highly recommend this shop.Mike

Great people trying to make an honest living.

Went in at 8am, when they opened, with a serious vibration, which I thought was either a tire or rear hub issue. . Told I would be looked after in 15 minutes. True to the word my car was up and the tire off and 15 minutes later I was off and running with a good used tire in place...for under $50! My tires were warrantied but only in Canada so the used tire got me home. They could have sold me a new one but suggested used in this situation. Hats off to the folks at B&B! And thank you!!

Thia place is awful. full of excues and lies. my car has been there for three months. when i call to check the progress, the get ill and cuss and hang up. i have went up there many times to check on the progress of my car and theere is neara mechanic working on anything. If you ask for an update they become so irrate. And every week they tell they dont whats wrong, they think its this......?. are you kidding me. (my motor blew up, they found me one i paid for it, it was bad made lots of noises and leaked oil. ) now there soposse to fixing it right. it just seems like they are make things up, because they dont want to fix it. AVOID THE HEADACHE AND AGGERVATION. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THESE GUYS ARE LIERS, CROOKS AND RUDE

Took my car in to their shop on July 1, 2013 to get a dignosic done on the car, I finally got one done on Tue the 2nd, told them that I needed to know the exact amount due to having to borrow from family. I had to call them back to get the estimate, gave the go ahead to do the work on the 2nd on the 3rd the bill was paid in full. I call to confirm the payment and they told me that they would start the work that afternoon but Thur. being a holiday that the car would be done on Friday the 5th, called them on the 5th and was told that the car wouldnt be done until the 8th. I called them on the 8th at around 8 am and was told that the car would be done by noon. when I called at 2 pm that afternoon I was told that they were still working on the car and that it might not be done until Tue.I feel like when they got paid the just didnt care one way or other if the car got done. They never communicated with me I had to get in touch with them, they then told me that because I kept calling them that it was taking them away from doing the work on the car, I said that maybe if they had comunicated with me and didnt keep telling me that the car would be done 3 different times then I wouldnt have called so much. I dont recommend this car place at all unless you want the aggrevation that goes with it. Bob has more excuses then a polition.
