We are traveling from Michigan to Florida and ran into a flat tire. These gentleman got us in, tires and alignment done and back on the road in a very short amount of time. Bradley and Thomas were very professional and efficient in getting the job done without trying to upsell us for services we didn’t need. We are so grateful to have found great service while on the road. Would highly recommend!

First, it was super easy to make an appointment. They never do anything without talking to you first. They are professional, quick, and honest. I’ve never felt like they were trying to take advantage or lie to me. They were super busy ( I can definitely see why) but still managed to get my vehicle finished exactly when they said it would be.Their prices are reasonable too. I know I would’ve been charged an arm and leg at the dealership (not to mention having to wait forever at the dealership)I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else! I’m a customer for life

Oil change & tire rotation was great, in & out in no time. But then trying to upsell a tuneup for over $800 on a car that didnt need it wasnt so great. Wont be back!! Only gave 3 stars for the oil change.

As always, they take excellent care of my car, and the service is great. I never feel pressured into any products or services. They try to educate you on any potential issues so you know what is needed and can base your decisions on knowledge and prioritize what has to be done, what can wait, etc.

The windshield washer wasnt working. They checked and found one of the nozzles was clogged and the other one was broken.They ordered the parts and had them installed. Didnt have to wait a long time and charged a reasonable price. I told them they had a new customer for life. They were kind and professional!!!

I was having trouble finding someone to do a car inspection. It was in the evening and either they were too busy, machine was down, or technician had already left. I gave Meineke a call and the gentleman told me they could help me out. They were very professional, courteous, and timely.

Had car inspection. Last day for inspection so I could get tag. Called and lady set my appointment up for hour later. She was polite and all the people that work Meineke were laid back and nice.

I can always get an appointment and the waiting area is always good enough for me to sit and escape into a book until my car is ready 😊

My girlfriend and I were moving from Virginia to florida when I noticed my car smoking during a fuel up. They got us in immediately to take a look and Bryan (I think thats how you spell it) the guy with the accent was absolutely amazing. He was very courteous, extremely nice and empathetic of our situation and got my oil leak fixed up so that we could get back on the road and not have to spend more money to stay in an unfamiliar town. Hands down the best experience Ive had at an auto care store. I absolutely recommend this place and applaud the staff all the way around.

My daughters car had a flat..we purchased car n tires from Randy Marion ...well come to find out per Meinike they mounted the tires backward! (Which in itself is dangerous and not good for wear n tear on tires) we have had nothing but issues with Randy Marion here in Statesville from day 1. Meinike replaced the on tire that had come apart from rim causing flat he suggested taking to Randy Marion telling them to replace the tires ..at Randys. Expense since they incorrectly mounted tires .meinike was very honest re situationHe said it is very clearly written on tires inside outside of placement ent of tiresI fully 100% recommend Meinike for their HONEST work and professionalism ..Randy Marion is such a big deal but he is not truthful out for money ..at any costs ..sales people are quite shady ..pushed to make high vu.e sales no matter whatThey sold us a lemon then we had to replace it ..at their expense and then hGave us a other car ( it had issues) and they put the tires on incorrectly so again we thank Meinke for bringing that to our attention

Ive been using this place for about a year now. Always courteous and professional. The owner take great pride in his establishment and this is displayed thru his staff. Great service everytime.!

The oil was changed and we left the business and went a half a mile away to chik fil a drive thru for lunch when the business called and recommended we come back for a oil leak they found in the space the car was sitting in. It had lost over 2 quarts of oil they proceeded to check the car and said they put a defective oil filter on and needed to replace it. Then they blamed the oil sensor saying it was bad. On and on they went about ordering one and having it delivered. All the while our lunch is getting colder and colder. They also said the part would be there in 5 minutes and we are still waiting on that part for 30 minutes and counting!!!!

That did a good job and were very fast.

Yesterday my husband and I was looking for a place that would fix our ac. It went out all of sudden and KIA was booked up. Call the guys at Meineke and they were more than happy to fix our problems. The price was affordable, service was quick, and Bob the owner takes pride in helping is community with there car problems. I will no longer drive to Mooresville or Hickory for services on my car. Meineke by Walmart has gained a loyal family to support their business. I would recommend any and everybody there because they are caring people that know cars. Go support!

Our repairs to the power steering failed about 200 miles from the Meineke location. It was a defective manufactured power steering pump and pulley. The manager at Meineke went the extra mile to have the repairs done at another shop at Meinekes expense. This proves to me and anyone else that Meineke stands behind their workmanship!

This morning my husband and I decided to go and get tires put on my SUV. We started out at NTB but were told they were short staffed and couldnt do it today. So we decided to try Walmart the man who dealt with us rude and rushed and ultimately was unable to help us. Due to not having the right tires for our vehicle. We asked if we could call back and order them once the manager arrived and he told us they probably wouldnt even be able to answer the phone. Frustrated we left and headed for our last option. Meinkeke. From the moment we walked in, the staff was pleasant and willing to help. I sadly did not get the gentlemans name that helped us but he had a lovely accent and was super knowledgeable and friendly. They told us about the rewards program,helped us choose the right tires, and then walked us out to my husbands car promising to call us as soon as my vehicle was done. We got the call within the promised time and were able to make the rest of our days plans without any issues. We did end up spending more than originally planned but for the customer service and care we received I am willing to do that at times. Will definitely come back again!

Took my bmw to get an oil change there because my personal mechanic wasn’t around at the time, and that was the worst idea i ever had, i called in advance to see if they worked on bmws and they said yeah we do everything, but it seems they have no clue on what they are talking about, i got my oil change done and when i left i had my oil light come on saying the oil was too high, i took it back and they said they would change my oil measuring system, but what a coincidence that right after i left there my sensor messed up after it was working perfectly fine, they never said anything about diagnosing my vehicle, they just said they would start by changing the sensor instead of actually diagnosing what is actually wrong, they don’t seem very knowledgeable or trustworthy at all, because my personal mechanic told me that is something that can easily be diagnosed . I would look at other options before trusting them.

The guys out in the garage that do the oil change brake change all that good stuff they are awesome they are very nice they welcome you there they thank you for coming they’re just amazing I’ve never been to a shop like this that I was treated with respect with dignity I didn’t have to wait forever in a line or have to come back I’ve giving this location at 5 Star these men work very hard and deserve it. This shop is operated way better this time then it was when I first moved here to Statesville. Shout out to the managers and Employees keep up the great work....

I am very pleased with the service and friendly atmosphere. Only thing is with the high mileage oil change if your vehicle takes more than 5 qts of oil they charge you for the extra oil. I read the information for the high mileage oil change and they never say that price is for 5 qts which is very misleading. Not sure if I will use there services again.

The owner Bobby greeted me and my two little boys immediately and quickly got us in the garage for an oil change and inspection. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed Brian’s Irish accent! We were definitely treated like family with some laughs along the way. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers and don’t try to gouge you with unnecessary add ons or services you didn’t ask for. I got a state inspection here. Although the system was down for a bit, they still managed to finish in a timely manner.However, few to no employees and customers were wearing masks.

I called to make an appointment to get my oil changed. They were able to get me in immediately. They were also able to do an inspection that day as well, which I had just asked about when I arrived. We were back on the road in an hour and a half.

I came in off the interstate with an old pressure sensor that it gone bad, had a 79-year-old child with me. The guys are just opened up, it was snowing and as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and they pulled my suburban in and jump right on it. He told me it would take two hours to fix the problem and gave me a price,And that’s exactly what happened!My car was fixed and we were out the door and back to our home without any hiccups.

They tried to charge me $500 extra for a new starter because they couldn’t turn my car on, when originally all i needed was an oil change. Got there and my car started fine. Went and got my car analyzed from a car repair shop i’m more familiar with and they said everything was fine. Used to car repair shops trying to get one over on me, but still shocking. Glad i checked my car before believing them. Maybe the employees there just don’t know how to turn a key.

These guys are one of the, if not THE, best in the area for your repair and maintenance needs. The Mooresville store is friendly but they seemed to lack in knowledge and or ability to do a tire job.

These guys are awesome!!! When my car broke down going from MA to FL, these guys went above and beyond to help me out. As someone not from this state, with very little funds they did absolutely everything in their power to help get me on the road. Even getting the part I needed from a store hours away. 10/10 would recommend these guys

These folks are so wonderful. We had an unfortunate event of a flat tire while traveling through the area and they were absolutely the best. From the phone call, to arriving at the station they did their very best to get us back on the road. Amazing repair people and wonderful human beings.

Literally scheduled an appointment 3 times with Meineke at Statesville on a Monday back in November this following past year and all 3 of my appointments got canceled each time! One time is fine but cancelling my appointment 3 TIMES is ridiculous! This car center is a pass. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND DONT GIVE THEM BUSINESS!

I was traveling through from Tampa on my back home to Roanoke, VA. My brakes went out around 2:30am. First thing in the morning I started calling places because I needed to be home today because i work nights at a hospital. They told me they could help get on the road today. My brakes were worse than I originally thought. They explained everything to me and showed me the issue. They even had to go get parts. I was back on the road with my family by lunch. We made it home safely and Im getting ready for work now. I strongly recommend these guys, everyone was professional and great.

I had a great experience here at Meineke, Statesville!My tire order was shipped there for installation. I had an appointment on Saturday but Anthony phoned as soon as they were delivered by FedEx on Thursday offering to get it done, which I appreciated. I was aware my rear brakes needed service. The Meineke tech honestly identified it and they offered to do it immediately at a reasonable price. They completed the tires and brakes quickly and it was very convenient. I appreciated no other unnecessary up selling was pushed. I met the owner, Bob, who impressed me he is involved and cares passionately about this business.

Great place in and out while on lunch break.

They tried to make me pay over $800 for brakes and calipers that I know are not that much. I only came in for an oil change. And they told me everything thing else was wrong with my brand new SUV. My SUVis only 3 years old. Yes it needs brakes but it is only $80 for front and back pair. And if my calipers need changed again it is only about $120 for a set. My brother normally does my car work and he is a VET. I would rather take it to him who will not gouge me for money. And he will tell me straight if I really need them. Not just try and up charge me. Also the sign outside says $24 for an oil change and then they tell me that is just for older cars and I need synthic oil. I have NEVER used that in my whole life. I would know if my SUV needed that. I am NOT going back and Im taking my business to another place!

They charged me $250 for a part they didn’t even change. When I finally made it to my destination (New York) my car was doing the same exact thing it did when I took it meineke and the mechanic showed me the car part and there was no way it had ever been changed! They always broke a piece of the part off that fell into my engine which is still there to this day! If I lived in VA and wasn’t just passing through I would’ve definitely demanded a refund because I have the old broken part that they claimed to have changed. I sat there for 3.5 hours while they pretended to work on my car. I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy to this meineke location!!!

Just wanted to give a ‘shout out’ to this Meineke location... Been here once before (radiator) and it was great, but this second visit was even better.. I can’t praise this team of individuals enough! The Manager, Courtney P. was truly awesome and delivered some of the BEST EVER customer service I have ever experienced! I was very nervous (because I need several things worked on) so she helped me decide on a plan of action that made perfect sense, and provided me with the confidence to take the action needed. I cannot express enough praise for this young lady, just phenomenal... I drove away very happy and comfortable in the fact that I ‘found the place’ that would take care of my car ‘needs’..Also, would like to extend some kudos to Andrew. He taxi’d me back to my hotel and picked me up when the work was complete.What a great individual, very nice and courteous. My sister and I visited this past Saturday to have my oil changed. They were all kind, courteous, friendly and helpful. While there, they confirmed some brake issues that i had and gave a quote for the repairs if they were to do them. Due to a scheduling conflict, i couldnt get the work done that day even though they offered a loaner car while the repairs were being done And a financing program to make sure the work was done right. I wllhighly recommend them for any auto concerns.

I hesitant to utilize this business because of a issue experience there last year. I’m so glad I opted to try one more time. The gentleman who assisted me was very friendly and made my experience once in which I will be returning again and letting others know about the quality customer service I received.

THE BEST! I was traveling from Asheville to Raleigh and they were able to squeeze me in as I passed by, when nowhere else would bother to help. They gave me a simple fix to get me home safely that took maybe 15 minutes. Everyone was super kind and genuinely cared about my safety and my car. Very honest people that I felt I could immediately trust. I would regularly go to them if I lived in the area.

They were able to do my oil change fairly quickly. However, the next day I got 5 check engine warnings where I had no warnings before. I will be contacting them today to remedy the situation. I don’t feel it was a coincidence that I suddenly had issues after taking it to Meineke.
