The best ever was traveling from pa to FL broke down on a Saturday found them pulled in Jose got his guys to look at it found out it was a water pump issue got the parts 4 hours later out the door on with vacation excellent place great people fair prices highly recommend them

If I could use negative starts I would. DON’T and I repeat DON’T EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Had a car issue possibly engine related and car sat at their shop for over a month to the point to where weeds were growing around my car. Never check it never looked at it. Every time I would call to check the status there would be an excuse every time worker fired/just got back from vacation etc. IF YOU WANT A PLACE THAT DOESN’T BUT YOU CAR NEEDS FIRST AND WILL HAVE YOUR CAR SIT HERE FOR MONTHS THIS IS YOUR PLACE.Really disappointed in them and what’s worse is they don’t speak English.

Thank you for changing my brakes and rotors. They were extremely bad and you told me if I got the parts and brought it to you, you would cbe able to change them quicker and you did. I appreciate you doing it very quickly and doing a great job, as well. Thank you again.

Family owned and operated customer service is phenomenal. Prices are affordable and the quality of work is great. I’ve been to other places in Statesville and they were two times higher than what these guys charged. Based off of my experience they have always given me quality service and low prices. Great service at this shop for brakes, tires and all fluids replacements in my car; they also gave me a fair price. The mechanic suggested a few things to be done on the car, which were the same suggestions my mechanic advised me in Charlotte. They were honest and friendly so I recommend them.

Great service, reasonably priced& very friendly people. I needed an O2 sensor replaced and they were very quick & reasonable. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

Good place to get your car worked on

Traveling through Statesville, I broke down on I-40. I needed major engine work. I called a friend in the area, and he recommended TotalCare. I could not be happier with the work that Jose had done on my truck. In fact, I live four hours west of here, and Jose will be doing my mechanical work from here forward. Pricing is correct and fair. Workmanship is top notch. I can see using nobody else in this area. Hes a good Christian man that treats people fairly.

Took me for a ride on my truck repair did not tighten up left loose my break lines to charge me more for a repair that was not needed lug nuts was missing from truck one on each side on the tires he removed everything was half ass done and failed my van inspection took my van to a more reputable location Myers tires and it passes terrible experience will never recommend total car care this place or ever set foot there ever stay away from this place. P.s why would i take it back to u ? in response to his comment yes I understand if it failed that was fine I heard u and your wife talking about it while I was there yes u said it was fine then so happens it fails Then my truck issue u never tightened up my break line and told me it was not working only the front was working but u was sure able to look at it the next day for 80$ more dollars if u was only honest u could of avoided this bad review even if my van had failed I trusted u with my vehicles. Jose if u want to talk to me like a man call me u got my number I wanna hear your reasons as to why u did not tighten up my break lines but wanted to charge me more to look at it and more to fix it when I had already invested so much in it

He fixed my Nissan Pathfinder when two other garages couldnt figure out what was wrong with it. The repair was done right at an affordable price. I will do business with him again.

They replaced the brakes on my car and did an oil change too. Friendly and very affordable price. I recommend this shop.

Bad place had my dad drop car off for them to do minor work on and came back even worse and put panels of the underbody on wrong so they flew off going down highway. Never going here again. Nor should you if your reading this review.

Waited on someone to acknowledge me for at least 10 minutes with at least 4 people seeing me. Will not return.
