Wonderful manager and crew! They were out of the product I wanted but helped me find an alternative.

The new staff is sooo much nicer than the old staff. Will be shopping here more frequently now. They helped me find everything I needed and explained how to properly bleach my hair.

If I had the opportunity to rate this a 0/5, I certainly would. I’ve been to multiple Sally Beauty stores in North Carolina but this one did not provide a good experience for me. Sonya was extremely rude and needs to work on her customer service skills. I don’t understand how this lady is working in a customer service position if she can’t treat people with respect. I just came in to shop instead I was treated poorly. Do better.

Acrylic brushes were almost gone and I suppose thats what I get for coming out on Black Friday. Employees could be a little nicer.

Every employee is rude! Always unwilling to help. They always go out to smoke and never even say hi. Customer service is bad. Sad that I can’t ever go buy something and have a good experience. Employees should really learn how to speak to customers. Most of the time they get agressive when I don’t want a product or ask about a certain product or even need an opinion. Might as well hire new employees because no matter who works it’s always bad customer service. This place deserves 0 stars.
