I was extremely stressed out about our remodel but Erica made it so easy! It didnt matter that I was completely clueless because she walked me through my options and explained why some features would be helpful. Beautiful showroom with a great selection and helpful, knowledgeable staff.But I was taken aback at the unprofessional, petty response to a minor conflict involving a neighboring Hughes location. Perhaps there’s a history of bad blood between the two but your mutual customers don’t need to hear your whining about them being like middle school kids who never learn blah, blah, blah. I quietly decided to take my business elsewhere and will continue to do so.
