We went into Mattress firm after looking everywhere for a mattress because I was worried that their mattress were all around $3K. I was surprised at the selection under $2K for a Plush Queen mattress. The staff was very helpful and answered our questions in addition to making suggestions, keeping our budget in mind. No pressure and we were able to find our “perfect mattress” for only a few hundred more than the bargain store and was able to get an adjustable platform and delivery as well!! I can’t wait until Thursday when it gets here 😍 Thank you!!

Had mattress and all ordered was supposed to be delivered on may 22 get a text confirmation the morning of the 22nd it would be delivered but didn’t say a time so went online said they would call when ready to deliver so we went down the road 10 minutes to spend time with family and wait on a call well call the corporate at 4 and tell me they tried deliver nobody was home so I told them never was a told a time when they were gona deliver nor did the lazy delivery drivers try to call so now here we sit tore bed and all down for pickup and now don’t even get a mattress but get the measly 100$ delivery back big deal probably will never be back if customer service is no better then this

Its just not set up for high traffic, make sure you have time to spare. Parking is plentiful, two entrances. Im not a fan of the prices, tge employee couldnt give me much information about the products, just what everyone is getting. Didnt feel like I could make an informed decision so I left.

First time going to an actual mattress store and buying a full bed set, and the employees there were super nice and friendly! Answered all questions I had and they were also following the mask wearing mandate which I was happy about! Good sales going on as well. 😊

I did some extensive research prior to shopping and everything he mentioned was correct. Once we decided, we were in and out in 30 minutes. The store has a great variety at different price points. The employees at this location deserve 6 stars, Justin did a awesome job helping me pick a mattress and was very patient and helpful. HOWEVER, whoever is responsible for scheduling deliveries and the person in charge of hiring the delivery employees needs to look for another job that requires less attention to detail and organization. I had a window of delivery between 12:30-2 Just to get a text at 11 saying they’re there!! I called and an unenthused employee with the worst of attitudes told me he needs a signature, I told him I’ll let my neighbor sign, called my neighbor immediately and called them right back but got no answer time and time again, in the mean time Justin was doing whatever can to fix the situation. Eventually I got a call from another delivery employee with the same horrible attitude, he asked if it was my neighbor to the right and closed the phone the second I said yes!!! I can’t make this up!! SIDE NOTE TO HR: if you permit your employees to call and text customers, then they’re apart of your customer service team, and if they represent poorly, it reflects negatively on the shop location and the brand in general, even tho it’s not their fault. But what do I know, I’ve only done Marketing for about 12 years. Let’s just hope everything gets delivered without damage or otherwise it’s gonna be on YELP, FB, IG, you name it. With pictures. I had called the Statesville, NC store a few weeks ago inquiring about a wedge for my bed. I was told to come into the store and place the order and it would be shipped directly to our home. As much as I could I checked out the type of wedge that would best fit my needs and today went to the store with the purpose of buying it. The associate, Nicholas Gearhart was very helpful. I was finished within 15 minutes or less and on my way. I received helpful and very courteous service today at the store. I had to get a new mattress for my split king due to my husband unexpectedly getting sick and dying at home from Covid. I had been going into Mattress Firm trying to decide if I wanted a twin xl to replace my husband’s mattress, or if I wanted to get a new king mattress instead. It took me over a month of going in and out of the store testing out the supply. Nick and the crew were very patient. Nick even found a cable just in case I decided to hook my bases together and purchase a king mattress. I finally decided on a mattress that was online, but not in the store. Nick notified me that he could help me and placed the online order for me. I am buying a mattress without testing it out, and I hope it works out well. I would like to thank them for all their time and patience.

Mattress Firm double-charged my debit card. When I discovered this and contacted the sales person, I was told it would be BACK ON MY ACCOUNT 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. 8 DAYS AND COUNTING.

Richard was awesome to work with. I walked in, told him what I wanted and he narrowed down the overwhelming options immediately! He was very patient with me while I tried out each mattress. And he was great with working out my financing. I felt he went above the bar! Can’t wait to get my mattress and pillows home!

While I had a great experience in-store, delivery wasn’t the best.Ken in the store was a great help with helping me get exactly what I wanted. He worked with my budget and needs. He was wonderful.The base for the bed I ordered came damaged with a rip on the bottom corner and I had to refuse it. I called the store and was told since I was offered a discount on the base then it comes as-is however this was never explained to me in the store and I would have gone with a different base if that had been told to me. I’m now waiting for a new base to be delivered in the coming days.

Large assortment yet not overwhelming. After talking with the associate for only a short time, I knew what I wanted. I was in and out very quickly.

The Statesville store is the best. My mother purchased her bed here. When we experienced a small issue with one of the legs, we called Leggett & Platt and they would not pay to have the rep come out to fix it, at a cost of $125.00. When i explained the issue happened on the day the bed was delivered by the delivery crew, so they were responsible cor paying to have it fixed. The customer rep told me that it did not happen on delivery day and that my mom or myself caused this issue. They were happy to send me the part at no cost, but we would have to pay the $125.00 repair cost!I called the Statesville store and spoke with Nick. He listened to everything I explained that happened and told him how I was treated by Leggett & Pratt, and that the issues was caused by the delivery crew. He contacted his District Manager, Mr. Bradley, and called me back with in a short time with a solution. We “thought” we had a good experience with at the statesville store with Ken, but when our mattresses were delivered we realized he wasn’t being completely truthful with us when it came to the heights of a split king. He told us we could choose two completely different twin XL mattresses and since the bases are adjustable, the tops would be the same height. What he failed to tell us is that the adjustable bases have leg sections that come in 3-4 inches each so it was impossible to get our bed to look like a real king bed because we can’t get the heights to match. So my husband is going to have to build some type of platform to go under the legs to make them even. We are very disappointed that Ken was dishonest with us as he seemed to be a really nice guy. The only saving grace is that the store manager, Justin, was wonderful to work with and even gave us an additional discount for our trouble. I would probably recommend this store, but if you are getting a split king, make sure both twin XLs are the same, otherwise the heights will be off.

Went in not knowing that this would be one of the greatest mattress experiences I’ve had!! Wasn’t sure what I was looking for, but as soon as I walked in Brenden knew what I wanted and satisfied all my needs. It was my first time mattress shopping you see, so I was a bit inexperienced, but Brenden answered all my questions and was extremely friendly. Overall it was an immensely pleasurable experience

I just moved to NC and needed a mattress set quickly. Jason was extremely helpful and made the process painless. I wasnt pressured at all into spending something outside my budget. I will definitely come back to Jason when Im ready for a new set. I really expected the process to be a hassle like buying a new car, but it was fast and easy, and didnt break my bank. After the second time they pushed back the delivery date, and then delivery was pushed back again (due to weather) I was told it would be delivered the following Monday. I took a day off of work and made arrangements to be at the house for delivery. Once again I called to find out what time to expect them, only to be told delivery wouldnt be that day at all. Incredibly unprofessional, very disappointed. Canceled my order and will wait the two weeks for the refund. Will never shop here for a mattress, and will always encourage against it.

I bought a queen set with them about a month ago and the gentleman was very nice and helpful. He even stayed after hours to help us finish up our purchase. I came in again last week to buy two twin mattresses and the manager lady was very sweet and helpful and had us in and out within a half hour. Ken was so helpful and patient. I was very undecided on which mattress I wanted and my husband said he wanted whatever I liked lol Ken took his time with us and guided us in the direction of a mattress that I loved! He gave us a great deal on the mattress and box set, plus free delivery, and a discount on the protective cover we decided to purchase. Delivery was scheduled for the very next day and was smooth. They called and said they were running ahead of schedule and asked if that was ok; it worked perfectly for us so I said sure. They took out our old set and brought in our new set. Everyone was so helpful and friendly throughout this whole process. I HIGHLY recommend that you go see Ken for all your mattress needs. We will be returning when were ready to buy our kids new mattresses.On an extra good side note. They offer 10 year warranty, and 120 day tryout. They ask you at least try your new mattress for 30 days and if you dont like it you can swap it for something you find more comfortable.

The salesman at the store was nice but the delivery wasnt a smooth experience. The bed was delivered on the time it was supposed to but the delivery guys were rude, lazy, and uninformed. Worst of all after being promised my old bed would be taken away it wasnt!The delivery guys said they couldnt in the condition it was in. So after a lot of calling and a refund on my delivery I finally got everything settled. Except for having to dispose of my old bed.

We where looking for a cheap box spring and where directed to this store by another mattress firm the guy that helped us name was ken he done an excellent job we bought a 250 dollar box spring for 53 dollars out the door. You will not regret shopping here
