I used them for 2 birthday parties, however I wasnt very impressed with the flavor of their cakes with whipped icing. I didnt have any flavor at all. Was so bland.

Love the Eoropean tart from the bakery, OMG SO GOOD. The boars head cold cuts are super good too. A good bit of the items are overpriced but they have good stuff.

This is my favorite store. Love all the bogo deals. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Easy to talk to when you have a question or concern. The only complaint I have is.....there isnt any Sugar Free ice cream - Publix brand. Also, no sugar free syrups and goodies to compliment making a sugar free banana split. Well, as SF as you can get 😊. Fix that issue and were back in business.

This store is always clean. The staff are friendly. I use this pharmacy exclusively and they always are friendly and patient with me. The sushi is delicious. The chicken wings are phenomenal! For groceries, however, they are a bit pricey for more everything in the middle of the store.

Very clean well kept store. Staff is always helpful. Have very good sales like BOGO free. Some of their staple items are a bit overpriced compared to other local stores. Their birthday cakes are amazing,, super moist! Overall good place to shop.

I bought a Ceasars salad the coupon was hard as a rock the dressing tasted old and the chicken too.it was not as fresh at all waste 7 dollar on it .never buying another salad no more.

A great grocery store with a lot of variety and things to choose from. They have an in store bakery and specialty meat and cheese counter. Drug store items are also available. Employees are very friendly and helpful!

I mainly go here for the pharmacy. Their prices are cheaper and they will tell you if you should use the GoodRx app because your prescription is expensive. They will also look up the GoodRx coupon and apply it for you so you dont have to. This is very helpful for people who dont have smartphones or unaware of the savings app. They also offer a variety of vaccines that you may need to get updated at no cost to you with your insurance instead of paying a lot out of pocket at the doctors office. Publix also paid me with a gift card to get my vaccines during a special event that I was unaware of. You may want to ask about this opportunity. I received a $30 gift card for three vaccines and used it to buy groceries. You cant go wrong shopping here for your Pharmacy needs.

I absolutely love their selection! I was looking for lamb recently and I became very annoyed that I couldnt find any at my local food lion. I decided to try out Publix and I was not disappointed! Their selection is amazing and the quality of their food is astounding. I will definitely make more trips here for groceries.

I like everything about this grocery store except the way they bag my groceries. Watch them because they have a habit of just shoving anything in any bag as long as it fits. I cant tell you the number of times Ive come home with a laid my donuts on their side and they were all mushed. Or when the guy tried to put my cake in the bag sideways. Their fruit bowls are awesome everything is fresh and the store is super clean. I only gave them four stars because of their bagging.

I was grateful to have a Publix in Statesville and thankful for the self-serve water bottle dispensing station. When I went on a busy Saturday afternoon they had 1 regular register open and the self check out, which I dont like to use. Save jobs. Use an actual cashier!

Always clean, were very careful during covid scare. I love that I can place my order online for deli meats, cheeses, and subs, and it will be ready and waiting on me at the store. The deli teas are wonderful, with raspberry our favorite.

I drove 2 hours as you are my closest publix and it kills me to go without. Very sad I didnt get what I ordered. Im not going to shout out the name, I think thats rude. Very sad.

Phenomenal customer service! Dee in the deli was such a doll and was very helpful. She kept a clean workspace and worked in a timely manner. She also referred me to other parts of the store and made sure I was aware of sale items! She is the best I’ve seen in the deli in a while.

Stopped in after work to get my boars head cold cuts. After standing there for awhile I was finally waited on. I asked for ONE POUND of the boars head low salt ham. The original deli worker handed off my order to a second deli worker I guess the first worker didnt want to finish my order. So now the second worker brings my order to me and its maybe a quarter pound and its all folded up in the deli bag. This is not the first time this has happened to me I guess Publix deli dosent believe in customer service. I will be going to Ingles or Harris Teeter for my boars head cold cuts. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Disappointed in their meat department. Too many times ground beef is red on the outside but all brown in the middle. Even asked yesterday for a fresher pack as it was going out of date which they did. It was the worse I ever had of ground round. That is just wrong!

The store is fine, like all publics. I get the sub sandwich most days a week at Publics all over both Carolinas. This is the only location where the bread is ALWAYS hard. I cant get my sandwhich here. Naturally, its my home town. What gives bakery?

Great experience, customer service too! Called and spoke to a Chris i asked if they offer Entenmanns crumb cake said Ill look however they did not but said he would look into with vender. We visited the store days later and found the crumb cake. Thanks Chris!

This is a a really nice store...clean, organized, and the staff are always polite, friendly and helpful. They also sell great products and offer a nice selection. Only negative is theyre a little more expensive.But, I highly recommend this store.

I thought it would be hard 4 me since Im n a wheelchair. But it wasnt. The meat dept was very helpful. And the rest of the associated was there 2 help me with my groceries and help me 2 get on the i.cat van. I will be coming back 2 that grocery store.

I was just treated with such nasty disrespect from an associate in the deli department named Erin. I did report the information to management and was told that her actions were corrected. I might add that her manager was standing right there when the incident happened and did not say a single word. I would suggest going to any other grocery store for your Deli needs as there are multiple ones in the area with more professional staff, great products and cheaper prices.

Publix is always the best. Clean, friendly, helpful.... you get what you pay for. However, their baked goods you cant get anywhere else. So if youre a bread junkie, like I am, you have to go to Publix for your bread, and if youre going to Publix for one thing, you might as well do your shopping there!
