Used to get shoes here all the time. This past year, the selection of mens athletic shoes has been next to non existent. For that reason, I cannot recommend going here if youre looking for any mens sneakers.

Very limited sizes for mens athletic shoes. Much the same story for womens athletic shoes also. Other selections are fine. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Huge store, very good prices. Walked out 4 pairs of shoes for $40. May not look like other locations but its not dirty as some people have posted. Its a clearance center so dont expect bright lights and wooden floors, its cool and comfi. Staff was very helpful especially James. Its my favorite Rack Room location. My family and I will be back soon.

Messy store. There is a hole in the wall and it is hard to find what you are looking for. Large selection of little girls shoes. Not many sizes in stock. One of the staff was very helpful but cant overlook the mess and we just didnt find what we needed.

Amazing deals. Always my go-to for super cheap shoes that are good quality. They might not always have your size in something but thats the nature of an outlet. Its definitely a little run down looking but the staff is always friendly and the shoes are great.

We love Rack Room! We walked out with 5 new pairs for 4 of us, probably for the cost of 1 pair at the mall, and the sales lady who checked us out was wonderful!

Kind of hit and miss when it comes to my size, but you can’t beat the prices. 3 of us all walked out with new shoes and only spent $70.00. Huge selection and great hours a must go to place for sure!

The deals are fair at best. If you are a guy and wear a size larger than an 11, skip this store and go to the Hickory or Mooresville store because the Statesville store’s selection is terrible for larger sizes, especially for dress shoes or work shoes. The athletics department is not organized either so plan on spending half-an-hour scanning the mismatched sizes for your size.

They always have a wide selection of shoes in all sizes. Their customer service has always been exceptional as well. They didnt even complain when my kids got a little loud.

Its a great hidden gem. Tons of shoes!

Prices are decent if you can find what youre looking for and thats hard to do. Staff seem to care less if you buy anything or not. If you need assistance your just S. O. L.!! They dont care and dont have time thats an honest review!! Been here many times seen different staff same problems.

This review is of the Rack Room OUTLET in Statesville. Prices are reasonable with the BOGO, and sometimes excellent, but it depends on whether your sizes and needs match their inventory. The store itself is almost the only active retailer in an otherwise defunct shopping center. Its a decent place to stop of youre looking for shoes or boots and driving by anyway, but not worth a special trip.

Only had ONE pair of white athletic shoes in my size that I liked, but the cashiers couldnt tell me if they were leather, and it didnt say on the shoes or the box! So I left them there! I am vegan and do not wear animal products. I wont be back!

Just not crazy about this place. Shoes appear to be seconds. Bought a pair of flip flops that were casual and the 1st time i wore them the T strap broke. I had lost the receipt so I did not return.I just dont go back .

For men only athletic shoes they had were nike Saucony New balance pumas a few Asics, but the only sizes they had were 7.5-8.5, and a few 14s.

They had a pretty good selection they had a sale going on buy one pair get the other pair half price not a bad place to shop

This is the dirtiest shoe store I ever seen! The last time I was there it was a total waste of time. Prices are high and selection was low. I dont go in here very often.

Its okay, the styles of the sneakers werent that appealing but all the other shoes and boots were great! They didnt have much in size 8 womens, but they had alot of sizes 5&6 womens. Of course my size is an 8, it figures-lol...but a great place to save some money!! And thats what its all about, saving $$...

As usual this store never has any type of selections. By far the worst one in iredell county.

The service in the store is over the top. We have had an issue with an order and management went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
