The employee who waited on me didnt act as if my business was important to her. I wish I had been helped by someone else. Im really glad I switched to AT&T from Straight Talk though. I brought my own phone, got a plan with unlimited data, text, and talk. I get an AARP discount. You also get a discount for auto-pay and paperless billing statements.

Had issues with my Father in Loves phone that he had thru Yadtel. Took it in and Sebastian was able to help us get it figured out! Switched to AT&T directly and he saved him a ton of money! Very nice people who really showed lots of care and concern for my Dad. Thanks for a superior job!

I went to the AT&T store on East Broad Street and had an excellent experience. Grant went above and beyond to help me get a new phone by trading mine in. He even found a Signature Discount to apply to my account to save me even more money every month. After we were done, we talked about how much I could save by switching my TV and Internet from Spectrum, which I will probably do soon. I cant recommend Grant and AT&T enough. Thank you!

I have been to this particular location and have been helped very well. The gentleman from the first visit answered any question I had and was rather patient. I returned a week later to add a line and switch devices. At first the guy was polite and was helpful, but when it came down to actually transferring a number, he gave up after two attempts and simply told us we would have to figure it out on our own. Not only that, but he also refused to let me transfer data from one phone to another stating, “Our WiFi is too slow.” (I have seen information transferred in that store before and it wasn’t slow at all). This location does has helpful people, just know that a couple are not so good.

Left right away when approached by the untrained employee. 3 employees and zero customers in the store, I ask about an upgrade according to the information on My ATT. I was told that my wishes were not possible. I immediately went across town to the Turnersburg hwy location. I am very pleased with the customer service I received from Sebastian. He answered all my questions and got me hooked up with the phone I wished for. I have been in Sales for 23 years and will not return to the Signal Hill store, which is where I have previously shopped for many years.

The store associates went above and beyond when helping us with fraudulent activity on our account. They stayed 2 hours past closing time in order to assure that all problems created by the hackers had been corrected and everything related to our account was back to normal. The staff isnt very well educated about AT&T policies and procedures. Their critical thinking skills are sub par as well. If you know exactly what you want and how to do it then this place is fine. If not, call AT&T or choose another store.

One employee and a line backed up to the door. I was told my monthly bill would be $200 give or take a few bucks but I am being bit with almost $400 bills?!?!? 5 lines and 2 of the phones were on BOGO so Im only paying for 2 phones and of course the service on each phone but they told me right around $200 a month!!! This pic attached is what its been the last 3 months now and we had just switched to them from Straight Talk in August and the service is terrible! I have no service on half the road I live on and NONE when I am traveling to Va?!?!?! And they wont let me put phone protection on my phone but I signed up for it when I got these they are the LG V35 ThinQ and they are no better than a straight talk phone I am so disappointed and regret ever switching to them! Im going back to Straight Talk asap if they do not agree to fix these issues.

Every issue I have taken to this store is always met with the same answer: Call this 800 numberThey can get you setup for internet, phone, and tv, but they can do nothing in terms of troubleshooting/problem solving or even cancelling your service when moving.They are only equipped to deal with AT&T Mobile. Even then they usually call the same 800 number and talk with a technician on the other side.

Bill supose to be 240Every month its been 383.70We as a business changed from strait talk to at&t 6 months ago we got the big one phone get other free and 20 bucks per extra line,My father and I and our wifes where there listing to what was said and we came out with a bill for 240 bucks us I got insurance my father didntHis bill was supose to be 120 we got free tablets unlimited internet for 10.00 a monthMy wife pays the bills and normally dont dispute them but when my father was suppose to be paying half she noticed 120.00 was not close to halfMy father went up there spoke to same guy and after three hours it was suppose to be fixed.Our bull has been anywhere from 380 to 400 bucks a month.Now the bills have not changed besides that time my father had spent 3 hours up there.I feel AT&T has created a complicated way of billing so the average person can not understand it. And if its wrong they want you to spend several hours to fix it until you are warn out and justg pay the bill.VERRY VERRY VERRY UNTRUSTWORTH COMPANY.

Well, after being with att for several years, they scammed me. I signed an agreement for a 142$ a month plan and found out the next day, my bill was gonna be 217/ mo. Forget about it.they didn’t offer me the buy one get one promo that they had going on iPhone 8s, I bought 2, they couldn’t go back and fix it, and expected me to just eat 700$. ??? I mean it made me sick to my stomach. I left att after being scammed. Gonna contact bbb and attorney general on this store. Turnersburg hwy
