My IPhone 6s Plus charging port stopped working today after I tried to clean it (bad idea) so I called around and spoke to My Pro Wireless. She gave me the price over the phone and said they could get it done the same day. I took it to them and it works great! Great price for fix and they fixed it super quick. I will definitely come back here if I have other phone repair needs.

Just recently purchased a new phone (new to me) after my iphone5s just had enough, the lady there showed me a black iphone7 and had a killer price on it, looked great. Got a matching black/clear case on it and was out the door within 15 minutes. Definitely a great customer service experience, will be back!

As soon i was walked in the store.. Poor service racial profiling at its finest acting like they really didnt want to help me out with anything or just give me basic information about a phone or service... Should of notice something was funny when the manager and the employee whisper in each others ear before she came an Helped me with a phone.... But i didnt. Buy anything from that place..👎👎👎👎👎

I had my screen fixed there before. 3 weeks go by and there goes my screen and front camera! I was so upset. I went up there, explained how I just got it fixed and how it was broken again. They were super nice and understanding. They ended giving me a great deal! Definitely will keep using them.

I have been to pro wireless 2 times to have screens replaced. My experience both times have been great! The screens were replaced within 30 minutes each time. Staff is very friendly!!
