Everything about this experience was perfect! Alex did a laser measurement and the countertop was perfect despite flaws in walls. Lorenzo and William were amazing! It was supposed to be a three hour job but because of kitchen issues it ended up being five. They did not stop or take a break until everything was finished and perfect. I was so impressed. This company has restored my faith in pride of workmanship! HIGHLY recommend!

Great Experience – Masters of the StoneThe Stonemaster Team really went above and beyond for our new countertops. From the start they were very helpful in selecting counter materials. We did end up going to Charlotte to hand pick our slab from one of their slab vendors vs picking something on site. That process went very smoothly. I can be on the picky side but the team really did an awesome job dealing with all the questions and issues. They are truly “Masters” of the stone. We absolutely love our countertops and would recommend them to family friends and anyone that would listen.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Every person we dealt with at this company was very nice, respectful, and eager to help.We were able to get a template scheduled very quickly and the granite counter top installed 1 week later due to our time restrictions. We were told that normal turn around time for fabrication is usually around 10 days to 2 weeks but they were able to do it for us in a week.The installation was perfect. I was especially impressed with how perfect the seams were in the corners.The prices are unbeatable.Will definitely come back here for any future needs for granite, marble, or quartz.

Highly recommend Stone Masters. Office personnel were professionally friendly and knowledgeable; easy to work with. Not knowing exactly what I could afford until the kitchen was laser measured, they worked with me to price out a couple of different stones and edges. The final product is more than I thought I could afford and I couldnt be more happy with it. The tear out crew also installed and I could not have asked for a more professional, knowledgeable team. Overall, a great company with great personnel.

The sales staff would get 3 stars, friendly and knowledgable. The installation staff would get 5 stars, very good at their job and quality work. The service after the sale and management would get 1 star. We had a small issue and reported it to which the response was we could pay to have it fixed. They didn’t even come out to look at it. 3.3 miles to our house. At least if they would have come out and said they couldn’t do anything, we would have felt important. Instead, once they had their money, they didn’t care anymore. Sad because the price and workmanship were very good.

We just had our counters installed today. They are BEAUTIFUL. We have dealt with almost everyone who works there. The sales staff was great and walked us through measurements, pricing, and options. Alex came out promptly to measure and explained all the options available to us. When we had a question about the estimate Alex spent a large sum of time walking through it with me. Today the installers showed up within their time frame and had our counters installed within 2 hours. From start to finish they walked up through the entire process from installation and pricing to maintenance and other care.

Excellent experience all the way through the process. From template to installation, they were very professional, friendly and prompt which made the process very easy. The countertops turned out beautifully. They beat every competitors pricing that I had gotten (and by thousands of dollars). Would recommend to anyone looking for granite countertops.
