Got to store at 7:12 pm. Closes at 7:30 pm. Got our ice cream, sat down to eat it, and were told by girl behind the counter, who did NOT wait on us, that we are not allowed to eat inside because they are closing at 7:30. Mind you its about 7:15 at the time. We go to an outside table and a gentleman pulls up to the drive-thru and is told were actually closed now. It was 7:20 pm. Again, closes at 7:30 pm.

Just came by there and all the doors were locked. There were 3 customers inside tasting ice cream samples. Went to the drive through and no one answered, yet there was 2 cars who already ordered and were waiting on their order. The sign says they close at 10pm.

Ordered an ice cream cake for my husband on July 6, charged on my CC same day. Confirmation email received for my order for pickup today. Called the store manager had no clue, said would call me back, never did. Tried calling, no answer or went to VM. Left several messages, still no response.Terrible customer service 👎👎👎

Doors and google state open til 10 PM. Get there 849 PM girls inside lights out finally say they close at 8pm. If u care about customers then at least update all the information. Seeing all the other reviews they r terrible. I respectfully request the owner to read the reviews and make improvements or will probably lose the business all together. Both Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Donuts r two of my favorite but if no changes I will not come back!

Stopped there March 27th around 815 pm.seen two people working in there drive around to drive thru lined up finally got to speaker no one ever answered,waited 10 mins then drove two window,I again seen two girls working blower my horn no response,drove around front beat on glass girl finally came out,said were new and were closed,I said put up a sign,or at least tell customer through the speaker when he pulls up,terrible, terrible,there solution was to ignore everybody without a closed sign anywhere!!;

Terrible! They would not wait on us.Or acknowledge my husband and I were even there.

They were very busy when we dropped in to pick up some prepaid ice cream cake. Good service.

When you pay so much for milkshakes you want them to be good. We got 2 chocolate milk shakes that were just that-milk shakes. Tasted like icy milk blended up. No chocolate flavor at all. Watery and not even frozen yet had some weird ice like Crystals in them. Tasted like stale and freezer burned ice cream was used if any at all.. It was quite gross. We didnt go back in fear they would have spit in them this time. Store is always dirty. Ice cream always tastes stale. Given this place one too many tries. We wont be back.

The bagel is so bad.

I ordered a delicious ice cream cake for my husband for Valentines Day. Later discovered that he had ordered the exact same cake for me. We had no trouble eating both of them. Yum!

If you go after 4pm or so they tell you every time that Baskin Robbins side is closed so no coffee drinks like there capacino blast just horrible it has happened to us 3btimes in a row

Good donuts, good service, banger ice cream

We walked in and first noticed the nasty the floors with dirt and ice cream all over. I wondered if I should even eat here. We walk up to the counter, the ice cream looked gross, not scraped down off the sides. The faucet was leaking water, a lot of water as if it was not turned off all the way. You can tell no one cares about this store.We waited and waited and no one came to help us. There were no employees in site. We decided to walk out. On the way out, there was a sign on the window that said help wanted.They need more than that. They need a manager. The owner needs to visit this store to see what is going on there.

We ordered 1 scoop of Reeses Ice Cream and a warm cookie sundae. We received 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream and a stale, hard, cold cookie sundae. When I went in to have my orders fixed, the female working said I lied, and said that she didnt believe my cookie sundae was cold. So I had to eat a stale hard cold warm cookie sundae

Drive-thru was backed up so we went inside where the employees had no idea about customer service or helping to answer questions for orders, employees would not help each other could not even unlock the cash register for use, very disappointed, obviously there is no management overseeing the operations here

Although the prices are a bit much, the selections were comparable to Ben and Jerrys.This location is also a Dunkin Donuts, and they use one check-out for both sides, but the menus are distinctly separate and apart from one another.The seating areas were clean and well-organized to prevent crowding from other patrons, and the staff were kind, although the young fella that served us needed to better familiarize himself with the menu. He didnt even know Baskin-Robbins served what we ordered straight off the menu behind him.

Arrived at 9:45pm and ordered ice cream. The employee told us we couldnt order ice cream. I asked what time they closed, his response was 10pm. When I questioned him about why they were closing early he said they werent closing early but they were behind on their cleaning so they had put all the scooping utensils in Clorox already. That sounds like CLOSED to me. Sorry BR, but youve lost my business. We ended up at Dairy Queen, who despite their need to clean, were happy to serve our family!

I LIVE IN CALIFORNIA. WHEN MY GRAND DAUGHTER WOULD VISIT ME SHE WOULD HEAD FOR BASKIN-ROBBINS FOR A CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER ICE CREAM CONE. SHE JUST MOVED TO STATESVILLE, N.C. YESTERDAY, WHEN TURNING OFF THE FREEWAY TO TAKE PAPERS TO HER SONS SCHOOL(5 YR. OLD) A HUGH TRUCK DECIDED TO MAKE THE SAME TURN. ITS SIDE AND MY GRAND DAUGHTERS CAR ON THE DRIVERS SIDE MET. CAR DAMAGED ; MY GRAND DAUGHTER IS A LIVE, ! NOT MANGLED ! SO WE HAVE A LOT TO BE THANKFUL FOR, BUT EXACTLY HOW SHE WAS HURT, THO IN SOME PAIN. ILL KNOW BETTER ANOTHER DAY. IM CONCERNED. SHE IS NOT ABLE TO WORK, & THAT IS ANOTHER WORRY FOR HER, IM SURE. AND THEN WHEN SHE STARTS TO RELIVE WHAT HAPPENED.. THAT IS ANOTHER ..... Arrived at 9:40 to order milkshakes when they close at 10. No one in sight and sat for 5 minutes without seeing the employee or anyone to take our order.. learn not to close early or to avoid customers. People that lazy dont need to have a job.. clear as day the employees white Silverado was in the parking lot.
