Purchased a 3 piece sectional for just over $1000. In stock and took home same day. Ladies working there were nice and helpful. Didn’t feel rushed to buy like at the big name stores.

I have NEVER experienced WORSE customer service in my life. If you have grandparents, any elder family members or ones close to you check behind them when it comes to purchases like this or go with them if you can. I actually went with her to pick this furniture out and I went to pick it up and this still happened.My 80 year old grandmother bought a couch and recliner from Quality Home Furnishings. We went to pick it up for her this morning. I had the receipt which contains both item numbers, payment method and date of purchase. The recliner was not even the one she bought and when my grandmother called they told her to bring it back and they would give her $10 for gas as well as the recliner she had originally paid for. Don’t forget she’s 80 years old and can’t just pick up a recliner. We put the recliner back in the box as it came in 2 pieces inside a sealed box. We took the couch off of the trailer and took what plastic was left off so we could carry it in her house. As I took the plastic off (the couch cushions were held in place by the plastic) we noticed the wood was showing on the bottom where the fabric was torn and a huge rip behind the cushion. Once again, we called to let them know we were also bringing back the couch. I was told they would not take the couch back because of a warranty? I was told several times it wasn’t like that when we picked it up (insinuating we tore the couch up) I was even hung up on after I asked how could she know that since the rip was BEHIND the cushion that was held in place by plastic??I understand things happen but this is absolutely unacceptable to be treated this way after making a purchase such as this.

Great place for quality furniture. No pressure from the salesperson but actually able to answer any questions we had. The best news was that they actually had furniture that we liked in stock and even said they would sell the floor models if the didn’t have any unopened. I will definitely be back for future purchases.

Purchased a new dining room set and king mattress set. Drove from Winston after seeing their prices. Applied for the 90 day financing and was approved for way more than I needed. The entire process took mere minutes. The ladies that work there are really nice and honest about their products. Will definitely be back if I need more furniture. Did not use delivery since they had my purchase in stock and I have a truck.

We worked directly with the store owner, she did a excellent job with locating, ordering a product that they didn’t have in the store, and don’t normally carry.For starters, she advised that they did have a direct relationship with the product manufacturer.She contacted the manufacturer rep, while I was their at the store, to check if they could get the item for me and in what time frame. After my husband and I debated for a few days about the purchase, they were able to get the product on order and at a lower price-point than the online retailers...where I initially saw the item advertised. Saving us almost $450! 😁 we did a lot of communication through email since we live about a half hour away.This is what I call an excellent example of “customer service” and closing the deal with a super happy customer.Our new dining room set was a real hit with our family for thanksgiving!! 🦃Great job and thanks again!

Yes the business have nice furniture and not expensive. Ive even sent several of my co workers and family members here but yesterday I went to purchase a dresser. I was told that I couldnt finance nothing under 300.00 ( but kimbrells does) then I was told if I wanted something delivered it would be dropped off in my yard!!! They dont come up any steps ( which is only two) and then on top of that they charge!!!! The younger lady was polite but the owners wife I assume walked off and got on her cell...after telling me that I can contact somebody else that charges 65.00!!! So if u want nice furniture from there u better get it yourself.

I went furniture shopping one day for my new home, went the wrong way, and accidentally came across this place. The people are very nice, friendly and respectful. The prices cant be beat. They have many of the same furniture these big name places have, but for way better prices. Since coming here, I have gotten my bedroom set, coffee table set and dining room set. I will be back to furnish my family room and guest bedroom!

Saw commercial on TV, went to check it out. Prices were as advertised and much lower than the Ashley store in Hickory. Dealt directly with the owner Ms Alisha. Got living and bedroom for a fraction of what the big stores charge. Very pleased.

I was sold a defective dinning set. That a had not had even a month now it turning white under the finish. I had this style table before never had a problem until now. I told the store they blamed me like how can defect a table when I only have wiped it with a wet rag smdh. I will never purchase at this store again and well others the same. Terrible customer service. I would done better purchasing a a more reputable store like rooms to go or ashley furniture like a normally have in the past dont waste your time or money here people.....

The customer service was excellent! The prices for the furniture are very reasonable, and the quality is great. I believe the lady that helped my husband and I, was Alisha. She was very helpful in helping us find something in our price range. We walked into the store around 4pm on a Saturday, and our furniture was delivered the same day before 7pm., and we live all the way in Charlotte! That is what I call quick service. Brian, the delivery guy was very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend Quality Home Furnishings!

Second chance Resale is wonderful! Wonderful staff with excellent prices and furniture selections! I got my custom-made 8 foot, cherry red sofa with floating chaise for a steal! I will definately be back to get more furniture! Even with a delivery charge it was hundreds of dollars less expensive than large furniture chain stores!!

Its good, but not the best quality.Got a mattress there and not even a year after, the middle is loose, all the threading seems to have came loose.

Ordered over the phone with the owner. Told the owner exactly what what I wanted and had the items in front of me. Owner decided to select the item she wanted to instead of what I asked for. Let the owner know one of my items was ordered incorrectly and I was told that it could not be corrected even though it was there mistake. Offered to pay the $10 difference but they kept saying they cant fix it. Did not offer other options or to help so that we would both be happy. Horrible service especially when Im paying money. Will definitely not buy anything from them again and I recommend you dont either
