We had some foggy windows for a while but when one was broken in an accident we finally decided to deal with all of them at once. A neighbor recommended Statesville Glass & Shower Door because they replaced the glass rather than trying to sell an entire new window. This saved us a TON of money compared with actually replacing the entire window which a lot of other companies will recommend.Install was quick and professional, with the installers taking care to keep my cats from escaping out the windows while they were changing them out. I would use them again!

I finished my basement including a full bathroom with walk in shower. I contacted Statesville Glass and Shower to install a frameless glass and door. They were prompt to our scheduled appointment, took measurements, discussed the details of the installation. When the glass was ready they returned and installed it. They were very carefull and professional in their work. The result was a DIY project that ended as a beautiful shower stall.

I called for the price for standard size doorI was given ran around,2 days and no estimate?Since I asked how hard is to give an estimate for standard size door Matt said go somewhere else, what is a rude way to treat a customer.If you selling standard doors you should know immediately the price and of course you can say contingent on...Maybe beacause am a women??????

I had Statesville glass and shower replace a door in a business that I had broke they did it in a timely manner in a cost-efficient they came right out when I called and replace it as soon as the glass came in thank you very much.

I had a terrible experience TRYING to get a simple quote from this company. It took three calls just to get a person to come to my house to measure. Then they were supposed to work up some ideas with prices (frameless and slider versus single swing door, etc.). I never got a call back. When I followed up it took another two days to get a quote - but no drawings or suggestions. When I asked for a photo or sketch it took another week or so to get it. I got ONE picture of a cheap fully FRAMED sliding glass door on a tub! I have a custom SHOWER. I wouldnt put that junk on my low income rental property! And they wanted $1,079 for it. Dont waste your time with this company. My neighbor had a similar experience (I learned about that afterwards as I lamented my frustration to him).

My experience with these people is not good.. In Feb, 2014 I went there to get a replacement tempered glass door,, and some new hardware for the doors... The door was 12 in tall 20 in wide,, granted it was tinted.. The lady behind the counter told me they didnt stock this door that it would have to be ordered,,, And should be in the following week.. So Left my original door so the color could be matched... Well 2 weeks go by and I call them... No I dont see where you ordered the door and after a bit of discussion she realizes that she is the one that took the order and has my original door.. Well it is now June 16th and I still do not have a door for an entertainment center that was ordered in FEBRUARY... If I could leave less than 1 star I definitely would this company deserves a NEG not only dont I have my original door but they seem to have lost the door for the other side of my entertainment center..
