Excellent place Im here all the time. They have a courteous staff. I feel important when I visit unlike other place where your just a pay check to them. The only thing that could be improved is their safe filling procedure. I didnt mind waiting but it took about a half hour to find my silver.

We have been dealing with Mr. John and his incredible staff for almost 16 years now. We have a bad habit of showing up on their doorstep and giving them just a couple of days to custom make a piece of jewelry, resize a ring or to buy ammunition so I can go hunting, and they come through for us, time after time.Excellent staff, and more importantly, true friends!And if we go to Statesville from Australia just to buy jewelry from Mr. John, that really says something!

The staff has never been anything but nice, respectful, and so far, fair. I bought a leaf blower there once. A month later I saw a nicer one in the store, they let me trade in my old one and gave me FULL PRICE I paid for the first one towards the old one. You just cant ask for better than that. And to James Gregory who had a very disrespectful and I suspect unfounded and uneducated comment about these people and Pawn Shops in general - if people are rude to you, I bet it is YOU, not them. Id bet you frequently earn disrespect with these kinds of comments.
