My father had an appointment set up for 11/5/2019. They were suppose to install a new LP tank and connect to existing line. They never showed up nor did they call to explain what was going on. As a plumber in the industry I am very disappointed with this. Horrible customer service. Needless to say we will not be using them for anything in the future.

I highly recommend and endorse G&B. After using several other propane/energy companies, it is a pleasure to have found G&B 5 yrs ago. They have been consistent in offering lower rates, their service team is very professional, helpful, efficient and thorough. The office staff is always helpful. They go over and beyond expected service.

This company is top of the line! We were looking to change propane companys because our price with Suburban kept going up every single time we needed propane so we called G&B and not only did they offer the gas at half the price but they found leaky lines and connections that was causing us to use so much gas in the first place, that the other company should found years ago. Definitely would suggest anyone that uses propane for any reason in their home to deal with this family owned company that actually gives a crap about its customers!
