Robin and staff are the most understanding group. I needed immediate help with my hearing aid. Robin took care of it quickly. Nancy the receptionist in Mooresville set it all up for me. Anyone in need of truly professional help with hearing issues please call them and I have dealt with other people that offered hearing aids.....but no one as good as Robin. The employees are great. I have been going to this same eye Care office for over 20 yrs. Dr Bartlett is a great Dr. The ladys who work there go beyond what is considered helpful and always with a smile.

I was referred to best value by a friend since I am a member of the NRA, and because of my membership there were discounted services through best Value Hearing Center.Having had a long-time problem with tinnitus, the types of hearing aids that they offer have a new technology to reduce or eliminate the effects of the tinnitus. So, I decided to go there. Unfortunately the tinnitus technology thats currently being offered by their hearing aids did not provide any relief or reduction of my tinnitus.But having had so much hearing loss for such a long time the hearing aids that I purchased at a discounted rate due to the NRA membership, have provided me with a tremendous increase in hearing that I havent had in many decades.Also, I have visited both of their Mooresville and Statesville North Carolina offices as both are relatively close to me for fitting and follow-ups. The people at both locations have been very helpful and very enjoyable to deal with.
