I was there about 3 weeks ago and was super impressed. They have an unbelievable range of socks to check out, from light weight to heavy weight insulating, to simple colors to playful designs and truly everything in between. Every pair of Thorlo socks Ive purchased at retailers has always help up wonderfully well and its clear the quality runs across all their products.Both of the gals working at the store were also super nice and very glad to help out anyone who had questions. I picked up a good supply of socks this time around, but Ill certainly plan on stopping by again in the future when I need to restock, or pick up a gift.

Made a detour on a long country road trip just to hit this true factory store for, perhaps, Americas best socks. If you know what you want and have the time and patience to sort through the myriad of styles for all endeavors and can make the calculations from soc to shoe size, it is a gold mine. While I was there, half the store was 55% off and there were also clearance bins of $3 socks. This is an amazing savings as most of their socks sell for $15-25 in retail stores. The ladies behind the counter know there stuff and can really assist if you engage them.

I always stop at the Thorlo outlet store when I make my way across the state. The women are so helpful and the socks are wonderful. I’m a nurse and am on my feet all day long. I couldn’t survive without them!I got a friend to buy a pair for her father, husband and son. It was a week before she could find them. They wouldn’t put them in the laundry for fear of not getting them returned in a timely fashion, they were that comfortable.I have family in the military who treasure these socks.And, if call to order socks, they are just as nice. They will also help you by finding seconds if they’re available.I love this store!

The Thorlos Factory Outlet is one of my favorite stores. I have been wearing Thorlos socks for decades and pretty much only Thorlos. They are simply the best. They are thick, well-made and last a long time. Ive been shopping at this store for just about as long too. They make all kinds of socks intended for different purposes like running, tennis, hiking, etc. for both men and women. They will put extra padding in different places depending on the activity. They also have different heights. Being in the construction industry, these socks have helped my feet be more comfortable in those steel-toed boots I have to wear. The great part about this store is that in addition to their regular socks, they carry irregulars with slight flaws at discounted rates. You will never be able to find any flaws they are so minor. The staff is always so helpful because it can get confusing because with such a wide selection. They are located near the I-77 and I-40 intersection, a little harder to find than their previous location, but well worth the stop. They will also ship socks to you as well.

Avoid this company.Socks had holes in them after a couple uses and customer service was not helpful. Guarantee was a joke and am especially disappointed in paying more for a pair of socks than I ever have. Will not spend money with this company again after dealing with them.

Good products. There is an older lady there that knows more about Thorlos socks than anyone I can image. They also have a podiatrist that can recommend the right sock for any foot issue you have. As you walk into the store, the left side has imperfects that are half price. Those are the ones I always buy. They are just as good but maybe have a single stitch out of place. It is always a visual and never structural defect. They take quality so seriously. The right side is generally first quality; the best Thorlo quality you can buy.
