People works at FedEx in Statesville is very friendly, very hard working ladies, we only know one ladies name Kris but they are all very nice. My husband usually takes the packages and he always mentioned how nice all of the ladies works at FedEx. Thank you!

The ladies that the Statesville store are friendly and very helpful. And as for the other two people that are giving bad reviews has nothing to do with the store. It has to do with the delivery of their package. That is a big difference here. Keep up the good work.

I use to love FedEx but they have gone down in service. I have a sign on my back door to deliver to the front door where it will be out of the rain and they still deliver items to the back door and dont even ring the door bell. The most recent is they delivered my package to a wrong address. I have spent 3 hours tracking down my package and still do not have it. UNREAL! I am asking all my shippers to please do not use FedEx to send my packages.

For some reason Fedex driver can’t find my house. Has delivered the same package to the house above me twice. My house number is in plain site on my house they only need to come down drive one more house. They are the only ones who can’t get my delivery to my house, haven’t had this problem with UPS

Customer service was good but I mailed a,birthday present to my granddaughter whose birthday is today July 31st went to track my package number and package will not arrive until Friday August 3rd, will not use FedEx to again.

So glad to finally have a FedEx Office in Statesville! Great team here!
