Nicole was extremely rude and insensitive. Doesnt know anything about customer service. Would be better suited for work at a DQ. Definitely NOT Manager material.
The worst phone service we have had.. Problem with the phone and you have to call 611....what happened to the days you got repairs/ replacements in person...seem like most of the employees at this location are still in school...places like this need older employees that have work ethic and care about their job ....old intelos had better reception than. Tmobile.. How is it that a company big enough to buy sprint can have such terrible reception/service...Very disappointed.

My family n I are new to T-mobile so we got new phones, an auto box and screen savers.These extra items are suppose to protect the original screen from breaking,But not in this instance!And guess what T-mobile who sold us these protection items is going to do about it,NOTHING, NOTHING at all except replace the screen saver which allowed the original screen to shatter underneath!And to get a replacement even w insurance. Well have fun jumping thru them hoops!
We were in the store 15-20 minutes and we were never acknowledged that we were the store. The had 3 sales reps and not one of them said, hello or we will be with you shortly. I definitely will not return.

We just got a corporate account with T-Mobile and have had a terrible experience. Service is awful, when I drive the three hours to Lynchburg and back I have maybe 40 minutes of service on my car phone. It doesn’t even work right in our office in Fishersville. The sales manager promised us numerous times that he wasn’t “one of those people who would ship you a bunch of phones and then not show up on installation day“ and then he literally shipped us all the phones and would not show up on installation day, they had to send someone else out at the last minute. It’s not the only thing he said that I think he knew was untruthful. Outstanding service. Finally tiring of spending entirely too much for not enough we decided to make a carrier change. We could not have been more pleased with our experience at this location! Thoughtful, helpful, and pleasant throughout, we were able to cut our monthly bill in half and walk out with 2 new phones. Could not be happier!

My daughter needed a phone she can could use international while over seas. The young man who assisted us was so sweet and very helpful in questions we had. She has a wonderful plan with her phone and we can talk unlimited.... Way to go T-MOBILE!!!!!

First I love tmobile service and prices I recommend tmobile to anyone and everyone, Just not this store. The employs do not know their own plans or specials.Vary frustrated, I baught a new phone and was lied to my face from all the employs saying i would get $500.00 off called Corp. and they said that didnt exist. I again recommend tmobile just not this sad excuse of a store and employs.Tmobile needs to go down and clean house.

T-Mobile is awful. Still getting calls from a collection agency that they turned our account over to. Manager stole the phones we returned and pinned it on us. Worst service possible.
