My husband and I had a great experience in the Staunton Store on 4/24/21. The sales person did a great job matching the color I wanted and was friendly. He took care of us quickly and has us on our way in no time.

The customer service was great. The staff answered my questions with good information about the paint, which helped me plan my paint project. I also appreciated staff carrying out the gallons of paint to my car. It was a pleasant shopping experience.

It was great to have such a knowledgeable clerk on duty. The lighting in the store is conducive to actually seeing paint color. I bought the best paintbrushes I have ever used: Purdy was the brand he recommended for woodwork. The performance was perfect. . I will certainly buy them again.

I have been shopping for paint at the Sherwin Williams, Staunton, Virginia store for 4 years. What keeps me coming back is not only their extensive color selections and the quality of their paint, but the exceptional service I receive on every visit. A brief example: I had a color in mind, very similar to LeapFrog, but I wanted it tweaked to match what I had in mind. The sales associate who helped me was incredible, he kept adding different colors in different shades and showing me the test until it matched perfectly with what I had in mind! I LOVE my color! And could not have gotten there without his patience and expertise!

I went in with a couple of questions about different projects I was doing, and they were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions! They helped me pick the right products for for the different jobs. I would highly recommend going there for all your painting needs!

I would tell that person that Brian is very friendly and very helpful. He answered all our questions and explained about the different grades of paint. Our first time visit was like we were a long time customer. He made us feel very comfortable. We will be back to buy our needed paint after we try the samples that we bought.

I stopped in the Staunton store this morning to find a oil based roof paint. The gentleman working was not very helpful, was condescending and a chauvinist. I may be a woman but I am smart, I did a lot of research including consulting with 2 of my roofing friends. Anyhow, I left unhappy with the encounter with that gentleman and went to Waynesboro where I had a great experience getting the help and paint I need. Thanks John in Waynesboro for taking the time to talk to me, not at me. And one last thing. If your sentence starts out no offense but....then you probably should stop yourself and not say it.

These folks are the best.. fantastic customer service and they keep great records on what the customers order and special formulas they request. I use a special recipe for the paint for my business and I was not only able to get it from the local Sherwin-Williams but, when I had to order it again 6 months later, they already had the paint formula on file so they were able to match it exactly.

The employees are very fast and knowledgeable so dont be afraid to ask them questions! They have helped me figure out many projects!

My wife choose a color pallet last year. I wanted to continue with those same color scheme through out my house. the color pallet at the same store had changed and was unable to help advise as to what colors to choose. Very disappointing.
