McKinley the manager was very helpful and had us lay on Bed Match as it collected data points about our pressure points. It took 3 minutes and then we were shown 2 options that meet our pressure points. We went back and forth between the beds and finally made a decision. We are happy they have it in stock and will deliver tomorrow. This is for our condo in Wintergreen which they deliver to. He also showed us the adjustable bed frame which we will purchase when we upgrade our bed at home. He was very knowledgeable. Will buy from him again.

We walked into this store about 30 minutes before closing and as luck would have it, we were greeted by Lindsey Blosser the store manager. We were under a ton of stress after unexpectedly having to move my mother quickly into assisted living. We needed to find a bed to suit my mothers needs and didn’t know where to start. Lindsey explained all our options, and helped us pick the perfect bed to meet our needs. She took her time and explained all the line items, the delivery process, our warranties and made a suggestion regarding bed protection. She was friendly, professional and caring. We wanted to replace our queen mattress and move our old mattress into the guest room, replacing that twin bed with a queen size. We had such a great experience. Christy was amazing she was so was so patient with us and answered all my questions. We went in looking for a mattress for our guest bedroom. They have the best prices in town, we went to 5 other places and all which were about double in price. Such an awesome place I highly recommend them rather your looking for a guest bedroom set or a new mattress for yourself!!

I would rate this place a negative 5 stars if I could. I was scheduled to receive a mattress and box spring on the Saturday after I purchased them. They werent delivered and I heard nothing from the store. I called first thing in the morning on the following Monday and was told that my email address was misplaced, along with my phone number! I made arrangements to have the items delivered in a few days. On the day of delivery, two guys show up with a twin size mattress and box spring. I ordered a full size mattress and box spring! I call the store and, sure enough, I ordered full size. I make arrangements to have the correct size delivered on the Fourth of July. The guys show up with the correct size items. They proceed to have me sign a receipt which states that the mattress and box spring have no damage to them. After I inspected them, there was a small damaged area to the mattress. So, I wrote on the invoice there was damage, made a copy of it for my records and called the store. I was told that the manager would be calling me first thing in the morning. Ive yet to hear from anyone! So, this was my first and last experience with Mattress Warehouse!

Robbin, was the BEST! Came in for a quick look, but ended up walking out with a delivery for a Queen size KingsDown mattress. Awesome attitude and atmosphere! Definitely worth stopping by for.

Went in today to possibly by a mattress, sales pitch over the top and very pushy. When we told the lady we had to go and get some lunch and would think about it, things began to go down hill. She asked us where we were going and could we pick her up a coke. We told her we had other things and places to go. She then said thats okay, just bring it back on your way back. We did it, but did not stay or return after that. Sneaky ploy to get us back in the store, but alas she failed miserably. It completely turned us off the whole idea of buying there. She pretended to call the manager while we were there to see about reducing the price. Talking very loudly from across the store so that we would think she was really calling him. Pushyness will get you no where. We left and bought a king mattress from another retailer at about a third of the price. Would not return. A little too sneaky for out taste. It was like dealing with a used car salesman.

Love my mattress and the lift platform!! I bought a mattress in a hurry 2-3 years ago at this location and unfortunately it was a low end one and didnt hold up, but they have a Great warranty. I was able to get a credit for the same amount I spent for that mattress to put towards another mattress. I got one more suited to me now. I also hated my old bed frame so also purchased the lift platform too. I love the combination and so does my dog!! I laid on a lot of beds but chose the Whitmarsh Plush Serta. It feels great! I only gave 4 stars on this rating because of the issues I had with the delivery of the items and pick up of the old mattress, but the management worked to see all was completed and I still have a Great warranty if I ever need it. Who could ask for more? I will shop there again and recommend to my family and friends. Thank you Corey and AJ, Bradley too.

My experience has been awful! I will start by saying the first day we went in to buy, Eddies customer service was amazing! He is great to work with. It all went down hill from there... The truck was delayed and we werent able to get our mattress on original delivery date. Then our pillows didnt come in with the mattress. I am now 3 weeks out and still to recieve them yet. As far as our mattress, we purchased the soft tempur pedic. It does not feel anything like the mattress in the store being advertised. I even checked the tag to make sure we got the correct mattress. Overall the customer service is great, but the actual companies business is very POOR!

My wife Theresa and I decided to purchase a new mattress so we drove to the Staunton store where we was greeted by Bob Fisher. He was very professional and personable, which made us fill very comfortable from the start. After telling him what we wanted he did an analysis of our sleeping habits and had quite a few options for us to choose from. After about 3 hrs of testing different mattresses we agreed upon the temper pedic king set.Bob informed us that they had to order our set and gave us a delivery date. But was informed by the manufacturer that we lived in a dead zone. This meaning they couldnt deliver our bed. This was a deal buster with me and my wife, so Bob got the wheels rolling and made some calls to make sure we would get our bed delivered to our house. And this he did, Bob went beyond the call of duty. Bob Fisher contacted a manager from the Roanoke Town Sq. site Mike Garst and these two men (Mike drove from Roanoke, Va.) to Staunton and loaded up our King bed ON THEIR DAY OFF by the way in Mikes pickup truck drove in the rain and carried the beds up the stairs and put our bed together. Bob Fisher told us that we would get our bed even if he had to delivery it himself. Mattress Warehouse would have lost a$7,200 sale if it wasnt for Bob Fisher and the assistance of Mike Garst from the Roanoke Town Sq. Store. Thank you Bob!!Mattress Warehouse needs to consider changing their delivery policy and include the Lexington, Buena Vista, Rockbridge county areas. Even better yet put a store in the area.

I asked for a referral on Facebook and a friend recommended Mattress Warehouse. AJ was AWESOME! He is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We did the Bed Match and we bought the second mattress we tried. He worked out financing, told us when it would be in. He let us know when it was there. We picked it up the next day and slept on that night. First time in years I woke up without pain! AJ also offered accessories, (protector, bed frames, pillows,) without being pushy. I highly recommend Mattress Warehouse. The selection is huge and for every budget. We paid less than what I was expecting and we are both very satisfied.

This was by far the most involved bed buying experience Ive ever had! The sales woman, Ms. Sierra, she was friendly and refreshing. I love to see young people so involved in their work. She seems to really love her job. I hate a pushy sale associate but Sierra was very patient. Im a penny pincher and they matched my budget perfectly! She had me lie down on a test bed while it measured my needs and I must say I learned quite a bit. I guess I never really thought about how important my bed was before this buying experience. If you dont either I recommend you trying them out, because I admit I had it all wrong! I am so glad I saw her business card on the table at starbucks. It was meant to be! I am most definitely looking forward to continuing my business with them in the near future! I told my family about it and now they all want to try! Very knowledgeable! I definitely recommend! J. was very friendly and really knowledgeable about the products sold by Mattress Warehouse. He encouraged us to check out the Stearns and Foster mattresses at the Charlottesville store.
