Alpine was recommended to me by my building’s maintenance manager, and now I know why. I had them out to do preventative maintenance on my HVAC system, and to fix my fireplace, which had been on the fritz. The tech was very professional, explained what he was doing, and got my fireplace up and running and all put together again perfectly (even took a pic to be sure all the fake logs were back in the right place) and cleaned the inside glass for me. The price for the work was very fair! And they have a military discount. I will definitely call them again for any of my appliance needs.
Alpine took care of my washer replacement after we determined it was not worthy of fixing. It was very helpful to not have to be there and they took care of everything. great job guys!

Not very impressed. Multiple late appointments and no shows left me very frustrated. The work that was completed appears to be quality work (I am not a plumber, obviously), but the full scope of work was stopped and I found an alternate provider.
Its hard to get across how terrible our experience with this business was... but Ill sure try.Our gas fireplace was completely inoperable through last winter. We called for an inspection mid-winter (pre-COVID), we were told they would already be in the area and could take a look.They held the appointment fine, though they never called to confirm or to give an ETA (important for those who have responsibilities)... but no biggie.They then proceeded to take the face off of our gas fireplace, without a drop cloth... leaving permanent soot stains on our carpet... again, not the end of the world.They then tell my wife that they were not only unable to discover a problem, but that it would cost upwards of $1000 to return to diagnose the problem and more to fix it. Then they left without cleaning up after themselves... two weeks later we got an invoice for the inspection AND TRAVEL TIME which was hundreds of dollars... for the 15 minutes they spent telling us they couldnt help unless we gave them over a thousand...We called another company a month ago, they sent someone out in a week who diagnosed, cleaned, fixed, and fully cleaned up after himself... it cost us $250. I was so happy I tipped the guy, because people (businesses) should be rewarded for doing a great job where others fail.
Alpine was very responsive and helpful when our refrigerator compressor failed recently on a Saturday. They fit us into their schedule for Monday to verify the problem & located a replacement part in WA that could be delivered in 9 business days. We decided not to go ahead with repairs as there is a class action lawsuit against this compressor and since the replacement compressor would be the same part number, failure again would be pretty certain. Elizabeth, the owners wife, said if we could find a new refrigerator in stock through Appliance Factory, she could get it here for $100. We found the only possible model on that Thurs. and Elizabeth had it reserved that day and scheduled for Mon delivery and Tues installation. The guys arrived to install & remove the old refrigerator at 6:00PM and cheerfully worked until 7:30. Great company!
Not only did they get me scheduled next day but they had the part handy and were able to get my appliance fixed that same day without waiting on a part! I was so pleased with the prompt service. I know this is not the norm for appliance repair and it usually takes a few days waiting on a part, but they have earned my loyalty.

My neighbor and I recently decided to split half a cow in preparation for the winter. to do so we both needed to add freezer space to our homes.I ordered mine from Alpine Appliance and had it delivered the next week. He went with Lowes.... Lowes just moved his order to the end of October.Few month difference delivery on the same freezer ordered within a day of each other.
Alpine Fireplace and Appliance was able to get me exactly what I was looking for, even contacted me on a Saturday with pricing. Jeremy and Alejandro were professional and quick, and did a great job with removal, delivery and install. No need to go to the big stores - pricing was very competitive!
Called twice in a week and they never returned my phone call. Have had work done with these guys before and they were good. If you are too busy to do the work call back. Its not that hard.
We work with a lot of vendors and this was not a great experience. They came out and diagnosed two things not working and ordered parts. That was normal. It took over a month to get one of the parts, had to call numerous times for updates of which no one seems to answer the office phone,. When the appt. was set to do the install, they no showed and after waiting for 40 minutes I called and was told someone was on the way (no one ever showed). Not even a follow up call fro the company saying Im sorry??Rescheduled and had the install done for the following day, another trip to clients house... I Unfortunately, we will not be calling this company in the future nor will we recommend them to our clients or others.

Called to have fireplace cleaned. Tech arrived right on time and was quick, thorough and very professional/courteous. Will definitely use again.
I called these guys last fall to have a wood burning fireplace cleaned out. A woman named Elizabeth answered and I set up the appointment. She was in a super hurry to get off the phone and I asked her dont you need my personal information?, she quickly said no well get it after the work is done and hung up. I almost called back to cancel as she wasnt very pleasant but I kept the appointment. One of my tenants took off work that day to meet them at the property. No one ever showed up. My tenant let me know the next day. When I reached out to Elizabeth she said good thing I called because she had no idea how to get a hold of me. I told her thats because she was so quick to get off the phone when I scheduled it. So she rescheduled it and my tenants again waited another day, no one showed up so they finally left at the end of the day. They said when they came home there was still no evidence anyone had been there and the fireplace was dirty and in the same state as that morning. Then I received an emailed invoice for $175. Ive tried to call the company over 10 times to discuss this as I dont want to pay for work that wasnt completed. The receptionist Heather said she has told Elizabeth and Joe about the situation and said they will call me but all I get after each call is another emailed invoice. Im reporting this to the Better Business Bureau so they dont try to destroy my credit now. My personal job and the food I put on my table rely on excellent customer service daily. I would be starving if I handled business this way. Im very disappointed in how theyve dealt with something so simple as a phone call and an explanation to a local customer of why there was no evidence of them even being there.
Called to have my dryer fixed recently and scheduled an apt. nobody showed up the next day and I took off work to be at home during the appointment. Next day i called 3 times atleast to ask about it, and was told that they didn’t have the right address. (I gave it over voicemail twice) and Elizabeth answered and was rude, on top of that the down payment would be $125 and I was told i’d be charged every quarter hour they were there.. don’t recommend. ended up buying a new dryer
