Harris was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I ordered a mattress and when it arrived it didnt feel like the one I expected, Harris and his employees quickly replaced the mattress with no questions asked. Super prompt delivery was included. Wont ever go to the front range for a mattress, when I can get better product and service here in Steamboat!
