Could the employee with purple hair be any more disinterested in answering a question from a customer? When I asked her for help, she appeared upset that she had to put down her book and move from her resting position. Asking her help on locating certain items, she just pointed and said, theyre all over there. I dont know where where was. Upon checking out myself and the customer in front of me, the employee couldnt provide any eye contact nor any basic kindness, and never said thank you to the other customer or myself. This cannot possibly be how this business is normally run.

Love this place. One of the best places to do some shopping in Steamboat. Real products that you wont regret buying later down the road, in other words, quality that holds up for a long time even after a lot of use. Whatever you need or are looking to buy, go here first.

Got here at 9 am. Stayed til 9:30. Never opened! Looked like they had cute stuff! Really wanted some shirts for the family before we had to leave town.

I walked in to go buy a gift for my mom and an old lady working there instantly started following me around the store. I was standing at a shelf when she came up to me and said I cant deal with you today so I think you need leave. And not come back. I bluntly believe she was kicking me out based on my appearnce, I was wearing all black including a black hat but had no intention on doing anything but buying a gift.
