Good store to go shopping for souvenirs and T-shirts. Employees friendly. Store clean.

Great souvenir and shirt store, they have from inexpensive tshirts to more expensive clothing items. Large store and friendly staff.

This is the best t-shirt place in Steamboat and in general the styles are unique !!! Everyone that works there is great!!! There is no place like it !!!!

Customer service here is just bad. Very focused on taking advantage of tourists. Look around town as other vendors really appreciate all customers.

Clerk overcharged me by $1, no big deal. I mentioned it to the clerk who wouldnt refund the difference. The owner then responded, What do you want!?! I explained, he responded by slamming the change on the counter, aggressively. Weird.

It’s all about customer service and this store owner lacks it. I have shopped at this store numerous times as well as often take out of town guests there. On multiple visits when the male owner checks me out he doesn’t honor the local discount. He is the only unfriendly owner I’ve met in our friendly Steamboat. He actually rolled his eyes at me because I still hold a Texas drivers license when he asked me to prove my residency. Seriously. My husband and I live here half the year. I even gave him my home address in town. From now on I will carry my stack of utility bills to shop. We will buy from somewhere else and not your other two shops with different names either. It’s a T-shirt and such a small discount. Thanks a lot neighbor for not extending the courtesy.

The customer service provided by Michaela was AWFUL. Shockingly, she is a manager, so there was no recourse when I pointed out her behavior. Do not go here. I asked for clarification regarding the bag policy because I had asked for a bag for my purchase of 6 sweatshirts, and she said I “yelled at her” and because of that “I [she] messed up the transaction” . She was extremely rude and unkind, with my child present next to me. I did not know that being from out of town and not understanding a policy was cause to be treated rudely by a manager. I will not shop here again.

I went in today to get a memorable tee shirt and I needed to try on a fitted tshirt that was packaged together. They requested you to get that shirt from the front. So I asked the employee there and she kept giving the wrong tshirt and wasnt trying to find the one I wanted to buy in the size I wanted. I was not impressed with the lack of customer service. I obviously did not buy a shirt here.

They sell touristy stuff. Bought a hoody, should look be pretty cozy to wear around until the girlfriend steals it.
