Our sales clerk was mediocre at best as far as hospitality goes...its best if you go in there knowing exactly what you need and want (repeat customers), decent selection of oil and vinegars. They are also selling some hand towels, hot sauces, and soaps. Cool place to browse and sample, just dont expect the customer service experience to blow you away (the main reason for my two stars here).

Carol was very helpful and its a very nice store.

If I didn’t love the selection of balsamic and olive oils the elevated olive would never receive my business based on the customer service. The woman working was very rude, I felt as if it was a huge inconvenience for her to answer any of my questions. We don’t come to steamboat often but when we do we try to support local businesses. This place is lovely, it’s a shame that the customer service isn’t the same.

My wife and I literally spend a car payment here each month. Carol and June are such wonderful ladies to work with. We love entertaining with all the olive oils and vinegars and cheeses and wines and local honey from outlaw apiaries!
