Weve been using one account for two different services and it worked great for months. All of a sudden the service at one location stopped working and when we contacted Dynamic Media they asked us to complete a checklist for OUR internet network. We completed the checklist and Dynamic Media advised that we send in our Brew box. We paid for shipping and Dynamic Media stated that the box was functioning and we have a network issue, although our IT completed the network checklist from Dynamic Media. I have spoken with multiple agents from customer service and havent been able to reach a reasonable solution. Dynamic media is asking us to pay ONCE AGAIN for shipping on a new device or charge us a early termination fee for our service.

No wonder they have such a terrible rating, it’s because they have a have a terrible service. Stay clear from this company. They make it dang near impossible to cancel their subscription. There’s no easy way of doing and their hours are wacky. I do not recommend using this company at all.

I purchased a xm receiver from them and a amplifier and speakers. I had my Electrcian install everything and after a couple days of everything working fine, all of a sudden no music and the receiver started giving me error messages. I have called a total of 5 times to tech support. I typically talk to a women who has a major attitude and NEVER follows up and nobody calls me back. I have asked to speak to a supervisor and she tells me they can’t help me. Absolutely awful customer service and I WOULD NEVER USE THEM. No music for over two weeks now and they still billed me the beginning of April. I will be calling my credit card company and letting them handle it. AWFUL SERVICE!

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT sign up for their (soundtrackyourbrand) “free trial”. They will continue to charge you for months even when you cancel. I cancelled the same day I signed up for the “free trial” because I was made aware that this service cannot be used with online stores and discovered there were also other licensing issues. This deceitful company never cancelled the membership and then continued to charge me FOR MONTHS even after I repeatedly demanded they stop. I called the number on the front page of soundtrack’s website and was told by the guy that answered that the number was actually to an audio company located in the US (Dynamic Media) that only ‘offers’ the “free trial” and sells the service, but was not actually the provider of the service. The provider of the service is in Sweden and you cannot contact them directly. You can however chat with them online through their website, which is apparently just nonsensical computerized responses and email, which is also comical. Keep in mind, this trial period that I signed up for and immediately cancelled, was from December of 2020. Also, the phone number for Dynamic Media that was provided on the website at the time I called to resolve this matter has since been removed. The guy at Dynamic Media acted like he didn’t know their number was right there on the front page of soundtrack’s website but probably got sick of getting phone calls and bad reviews for working with this company and removed it. Additionally, after I told Vince at Dynamic Media that I gave them a one star google review over the matter, the tone changed and I was assured that someone would be contacting me from Soundtrack to resolve the issue. I immediately changed my one star review to 5 stars for his effort and left a good review for Vince and thanked him for his time, however I have not received any communications, so we’re back to one star.I have included the last response from the company after months of back and forth. I am seeking legal advice, working the the Attorney General in my state and will seek to recover the months of charges illegally made to my account plus punitive damages for fraud. Over a month in and still cant play music through the player they sent us.Talked to customer service many times and got horrible so called help.Now Im out over $200. DONT USE THEM!!!

We have our radio go out at least 2-3 times a month. Then when we attempt to call in its constantly about how there is an outage. How can you have 2-3 outages a month? Have have you not figured out a server to support your service?

I would recommend Dynamic Media to any business looking for on hold messaging services. They were very professional and I couldnt believe how fast my on hold message was delivered. I worked with their team to create our script and their website has a super cool feature where you can test out different voices with music options which made it very easy to make our selections. After we reviewed the script and chose our voice actor and music our message on hold was ready in as quick as 3 business days!

Dynamic Media really helped me out in a huge way recently. I was in need of some on hold messaging, and I had little idea where to go for such a niche thing like that. I decided to give them a shot and contacted them with my requests. Im happy to say that I found myself pleasantly surprised with their communication. Responses were prompt, and they gave me detailed explanations that helped me make my selections. Their site was easy to navigate as well, which is a big factor for me. My personal experience was very positive, and I thank them for that.

A few days ago I hired them for my personal business and they did an excellent job. Horrible. took me 3 months to even get an attempt to start music. Staff is not trained properly. Told me to get my IT guy to call them. We are a small business no IT guy. Would not recommend them at ALL!!!!

We had been thinking about it for a while and finally decided to add SiriusXM music inside our office. I have noticed a huge change in our employee’s productivity. The music has changed the vibe in our and makes it a fun work environment. I would strongly recommend Dynamic Media!

Overall fairly reliable, however, staff is untrained and unable to help you with issues when they arise. They cant seem to solve the issues in many cases. Lastly, try calling for service or questions, average hold time over 10 minutes every single time

We had SiriusXm music installed in our doctor’s office waiting room and it has created a great vibe for all of our patients that are waiting to be seen by our doctors. We have actually had a few people comment on the music helping them relax. It was a huge upgrade that required little effort.

We have had nothing but issues with these radios. I understand they are Brightsign and this place only sells and supports the radios but the support is terrible. We have had to return 3 radios in less than a year because of issues. We are now sending back the 4th radio. There always seems to suddenly be an issue because of something that has been working for months. Just stop reading and move on, DO NOT BUY THESE RADIOS FOR YOUR BUSINESS.

First month was great!! Month 2 wanted different music ( no luck) office became busy … month 6 tried to change music repeatedly for 3 months. Every time I received a CD UPDATE the was no change. Finally the last month the CD I received gave the box an error update and no music would play after that. Took a manager a day to call me back and gave me a hard time. They wanted to walk me through it but I had already tried for 3 months. They wanted to charge me if they brought someone out and would not let me return the equipment that costed $700.00. Said I only had a 30 day return policy. So the first month was great ( hint:30 days). I went headed and disconnected services.

By for the worst customer service I have received was today when I called and spoke with a rep by the name of Derrick. He huffed and puffed the entire conversation. He is definitely not customer friendly, and he had no intentions nor was he pretending to care about the issue at hand. I would not recommend this company for any of your media needs. They customer service department is in need of customer service training immediately.On another note, please be prepared to wait between 3-5 business days for simple service calls. Music is imperative in our business and industry. We refuse to continue to pay someone for mediocre service. Actively seeking other options!!!!
