Management needs a complete make over starting with days plant manager and asst

Poor management. theres a team leader there that doesnt help employees at all she watched two bumper fall on an employee.She also talks down to the employees. They dont care about employee safety they hiring temps and over working them and under paying for the work they want. Management watches over you every second even on break. No trust in employees. They dont use MI state law when it comes to breaks and lunch oh wait they dont give you a lunch break just two 15mins breaks when they see fit to give it. This ia a sweat shop/ slave factory, only temps and Iraqi immigrants. ( blacks and brown) others watch from a window above .
