Enjoyed going to this Target store. It was very clean a spacious and the associates were very friendly and helpful. Although I didnt find what I was looking for, I know what supply shortages, one can expect to not always find what one is seeking. I am looking forward to win the stores have the kind of stock levels that they are used to providing for their guests.

Almost every time I ask for help, I get a smile and excelent service. Even when the associate is busy with another customer, they will tell me that they will be right with me and with that, I will wait patiently for them because is they are with me and another customer asks a question, I do not want them to shortcut me to help another.

Awesome customer service! We were looking for AirPods and we needed assistance. Had an associate in toys help us and while he was going back to get the AirPods another associate walked by and asked if we needed help. We explained that we were waiting and he went to assist the other associate. He came back with our merchandise and walked us up front to check out. Another associate provided direction on putting the merchandise behind the counter and then the associate on the cash register asked another person to help us check out so it would reduce our wait time. This was so seamless and it really made our day! Well done!

It is always a pleasant experience there, once in awhile you get a nasty cashier, but today, she was very nice and friendly. Store is always clean. Reason it wasnt a 10, is you dont always have in stock what I am looking for, either your out or stopped carrying it.

So I stopped into my neighborhood Target to do some shopping. After I found everything I needed, an associate asked me if I was all set and said she could finilaze my transaction at this makeshift stand that Target has to speed up the checkout process. I normally like to go through the self checkout, because I dont like to interact with cashiers with nasty attitudes, but Sammy was AMAZING. Her customer service is top notch and I want to thank her for making my shopping experience so pleasant.

The Store Is Super Clean the Employees are Very Friendly .

Target usually has what I’m looking for and it’s easy to find and enjoyable to shop. Shopping in the app makes it easier to grab just what I’m looking for, put it in my cart, and check out. Pick up is easy because the drive up area is very easier identified and labeled, I don’t even have to roll down my window for verification.

I called to get a BTS album and the worker that answered sorry if I’m spelling this wrong but his name was Donnie and he was very polite and very helpful. There was no specific BTS album that I asked for in stock at the time but the worker was very nice about it. Definitely coming back to this target again.

The cashier I had on this visit was very rude. She went out of her way for the guest ahead of me but when I came through with my gift cards, her demeanor changed. She told me not to be so sensitive about a comment she made to me about using a earned gift card from the purchase made today. She belittled me in front of other guests by telling me she is sorry I’m so sensitive. I just can’t believe your employees are allowed to speak to guests in this manner. Absolutely appalling. She didn’t even care that I walked away, she still had to have the last word. Target customer service has hit a all-time low. She needs more training on when to let something go. To continue yelling a guest who is walking away without saying a word is downright disrespectful. I told her the comments about the gift card was rude in my opinion. Her opinion about about me being too sensitive was offensive considering I’m paying to have her belittle me. Note to self: Use Self-Check out. UScan.

Sub par experience from the top down every single time I visit. The most recent visit left me waiting in the car while they shopped my three pick ups again because the “lost the bags”. How does that happen? Well this resulted in a long wait time and missing items in a drive up order only to find out once I got home not only were the missing but I was also charged for them. I only go here for convenience in location and that’s it. I’m going to take the extra time to drive a few miles more to a different store going forward.

Great selection of products and great prices. The drive thru service is great for contactless pickup. Just a great store overall.

I spoke with a team lead her name was Darcey. She was very rude about my transaction. Didnt offer any help to the solution. Then hung up on me. I shop at Target alot. Unfortunately I will no longer shop at this location.

Nice and big target....

No where on there site or in the app does it say they dont price match the week of black Friday. Black Friday is over with starting tomorrow. Then they say we dont start price matching till next Friday. A waste of time and travel. What good is the chat if they dont honor what they say in chat.

Poor customer service and product selection

Always find interesting things there. Love getting the extra 5% off. I was glad that the cashier still interacted with us even with the plexiglass between us. Very clean store & all employees I saw did have masks on. I felt very comfortable there.

Felt safe and secure while shopping there. The item that I wanted wasnt available for curbside pickup, so I had to go in the store. Someone was right at the door cleaning off and offering the cleaned carts to customers. They were cleaning the self-checkouts after each customer, too. Love it.

So many employees are not wearing masks and only self check was available on Sunday am.The girl helping in self checkout was not wearing a mask and did not practice any signs of social distancing.so disappointed in this store. I let the manager last time I witnessed this while there and he did nothing to improve this. Shame on this manager and employees

Bought a $50 USB-C charger and cable When I opened it, the charger was missing. When I brought it back to the store after work the next day, the Returns manager Halla refused to give my money back, saying I had not called them right away about the issue and she had to talk with the store manager. When I asked for a more detailed explanation she grew irritated and discourteous and would not answer my questions.This store is putting out incomplete merchandise on the sales floor and giving their customers grief for wanting to be made whole.The entire store looks shabby and unkempt. I have no desire to shop at this location again.

Its fun to walk around here and just look at clothing for a decent amount of time. The electronics area is annoying to navigate. Not the best variety of items and kinda higher priced compared to other places, but building layout is good and the starbucks here is pretty good. Targets color scheme makes the place feel brighter than it actually is so im not dead tired walking around here

I placed an online order and went to pick it up and it was quick and easy and i was extremely happy with the service

I bought a FiFA20 game PS4 on the March, 31 at 7:26 I went home to try the game didn’t work it’s says unrecognized disk I went to buy another one it says the same thing and my PS4 disk is not working anymore it’s damaged. Today April, 28 At 3:30pm I went to return it the manger tells me we can’t return open box game but she didn’t tell me at the first day when I bought it she told me after month. Why would she lie or the target company ? Now my PS4 isn’t reading any disk anymore it’s damage...! My advice to you all don’t buy any games from target anymore isn’t good company and they are lied to me...!

Everything about target has always been fantastic.I recently had a return issue that was of no fault of the store on Metro Parkway in Sterling Heights and one of the managers, Enel, went above and beyond to make it right. He was absolutely fantastic and is truly the reason I am such a loyal Target customer.

It had no Juniors section. If it was just an item that they didnt carry that other targets did, no sweat. But every other target Ive ever been to has had a juniors section. I cant believe theyre missing an entire department. The store was also pretty small in general. At least compared to other targets.

I love this location. This location is one of the only ones with a cafe and a starbucks inside of it. My friend and I were amazed by all of the deals going on! They had their own section for sporting gear as well, awesome! This bullseyes playground was huge as well. The store was very clean as well as nice employees! The store was very well stocked as long as very easy to move through.

This Target store has such a friendly staff and they are so helpful. The store is well stocked compared to other Targets. The cafe is clean with quick, friendly service. The restrooms are spotless which is what one wants when bringing small children.

Toy aisles were a disaster. While not very surprising, the Target off of Van Dyke was spotless in comparison the day I went. Considering I went on a Tuesday afternoon and not a Saturday, I was surprised by the damage.Staff had also put out street dated amiibos. I was very excited, and consequently very sad to find ones that didnt come out for a few more days out on the floor. I went to go find a price checker, when an employee saw that I was clearly looking for something. I told her that I wanted to see if these were actually for sale or not, she grabbed her scanner and realized they were not supposed to be out. Im glad she was able to help with that rather than finding out at the check out register. Im sad that she had to put them away until they come out though.

Always find what I need. Today I found lots of clearance items. Also, great deals on Cartwheel. Plus I get an additional 5% using my Red Card. Who doesnt love Target?

I placed an order for pickup and they gave the order to someone else. When I call them they say they are very busy to look at it. I am now charged for the item. The item is a television how can the store give the item to someone else without looking at the id?

I have never had such a pleasant experience as I did at Target tonight! The best service I have ever had. I will continue to shop at Target and highly recommend them to family and friends!

This store has the absolute best staff within its CVS/Target Pharmacy. All members of the pharmacy team are compassionate, and knowledgeable. They truly care about their patients.

Your employees are dedicated and careful for the customers in this difficult time. You have grocery such as milk, oranges, meat, fruits and vegetables.

Its Target, how can it not have all the stars? This is one of the Targets I love going to (to be honest there are some in the area that arent 5 stars). Its big, newer and has a lot of product.

Online availability is terribly inaccurate, and sale items are withheld until sale ends.

The aisles were all blocked with stock, but no employee in attendance. No cashiers instead only self checkout for my $140.O0 purchase. I left the store and four employees were outside smoking. In most markets shelves are stocked overnight. Obviously Target is not sure what kind of store it should be.

Fast and courteous

As you cannot return Target-branded sparkling water cans to anywhere but Target stores, I sorted out their cans for return and saved them up for a rainy day errand. Target does not have bottle return machines; you have to give the cans to an employee. I had a few bags of ONLY Target-branded cans with me that were ready to return and they told me I could not return more than $5 worth PER DAY. (Funny how Target had no issues letting me purchase more than that in their brand of cans per day). At least when stores have the machines I can return all cans and save the slips of paper to space out the returned money.I will NEVER purchase Target-branded sparking water again. So embarrassing!

Not as big as Troy but always has a good selection of sizes in womens clothing, which can be hard to find OTG. Though they are never busy (which is really nice) there are never have more than 2 lanes open, so you always have a 5 min wait. Starbucks in here is fast and reasonably good but now there is a real Starbucks just across the parking lot.

Plan on a long walk from parking lot. Weird design for parking. Never seem anything lile it. Store is never crowded and employees are great!

Target pickup is very quick and convenient. Especially for me being a mom of an 8 month old!
