Excellent customer service and friendly staff. The balloon arch for my sons prom send off was a little pricey but WORTH IT! The event was supposed to be outside but because of the wind and the drape we purchased (blowing everywhere) we had to move the event indoors which worked out even better. Do not buy drape for an outdoor event, it will just blow everywhere. I will use them again in the future.

I ordered balloon columns with my son’s graduation year 2021. They delivered them on time at approximately noon and I was told they would last no problem for at least 24 hours, however my party stated at 4:00pm that day and by 5:00pm, one of the numbers was already deflated. This was disappointing as this was the photo back drop for pics and we couldn’t even use the entire display.Also I did email the business my complaints and did not hear back from anyone. Disappointed.

I rented a bounce house and table and chairs for my Daughters birthday party this past weekend. It was fantastic! Everything was delivered the day before and picked up the day after, no fuss or hassle. The bouncy house was very clean (still wet in fact) and the men who set it up were very friendly. Everybody had a great time. I will definitely use this place again the next time we have a big party!

Recently used Party Paradise for my 20th High School reunion. I wanted balloon center pieces some tall and some short, along with balloons at our entryway, and 1998 balloons. I have to say they exceeded my expectations.My ballons were delivered on time and they the setup the tables the way I wanted without me having to instruct them. They picked the perfect spot for my 1998 balloons it served as the perfect back drop for a group photo.I highly recommend Party Paradise, very professional and well worth the price.

They are good on phone. But, when they come to deliver and install their tent, their leader will act like he is launching a satellite for NASA. They are rushed, will tell you everything is wrong with your lawn and become rude when you tell them to avoid damaging your sprinkler system. They arent very smart to find you a solution, but rudely reject any ideas you offer.The tent was finally installed with a bitter overall experience.
