The staff was very patient and helpful while trying design something that was perfect for a memorial decal.

The entire process was easy. TJ asked for a picture of the door that we were adding graphics to, and all of the sample designs came overlaid on the picture. The designer even matched the color of the wall to the graphics, as we intended, but hadnt actually specified. The graphics are now up, and it is difficult to tell the sample photos from the actuals.

Andy and his team were absolutely amazing to work with! We needed signs same day for one of our medical buildings and it was crucial to have them. Within 15 minutes, Andy had it mocked up and into production. We were able to get everything we needed that day! They were extremely professional and kind. I would recommend them any day!

Price Gouging!!! I had 6 black and white yard signs printed and they charged me 220$. Charged me extra for 24 hour BUT TOOK 5 DAYS!!! The stand is very poor quality and bent when i put in ground. I cant even use them. Im so disappointed. Andy was very nice BUT you cant charge people for 24 hour and not deliver for 5 days. Not cool. I feel like i was taken advantage of. We are all struggling here but dont rip people ofg

I had a wonderful experience! I was helped by Jesse, who answered all my questions and gave me a great quote. I was given 2 designs to choose from. I asked for a third with a certain color and it was done with no problem. They also came out to install it. I highly recommend them. (I get tons of compliments on my window sign)

Beware! I had fast signs come out to look at my 2 building signs- they charged $250 just to look at the signs- then they told me I needed all new LEDs and quoted me $2300. I got a second opinion and the new company told me I had a few broken wires- only charged me $125 total and signs are working perfect again. Thank God for honest people- too bad Fast Signs is not!

These guys are ridiculously good. I acquired a large billboard in Flint. I consulted with a local Flint company and they were trying to massacre me on the price. I almost ordered a sign from online and was going to attempt to install it myself. Turns out my I had a connection to fast signs in Sterling heights. Went in there and got immediate results. Joe and Nicole walked me through the process and immediately slashed 600.00 off of my quoted price. Sign came in. These guys went two counties away and installed it in Flint. If you have a private billboard not associated with Lamar or outfront, this is the company to deal with. You tell them what to do, pay them, and it gets done. Called almost two weeks ago to have the current sign looked at and then replaced. They said they would be out Friday to take a look. No show. Then they would be there Monday. No show. Kept calling and suddenly the people I needed were out of the office and they would call back tomorrow. No call. Called again and they didnt even know who I was. Wasted all this time and had to work with another company to get this done.

I needed a very simple temporary sign consisting of less than 30 characters that I could have probably done myself had I had all the necessary backing and vinyl letters. They didnt even want to try to accommodate me and just said they were too busy. Ive had many signs made by this company in the past, but they appear to be Under New Management. I will not be returning

These guys were the BEST.... Very helpful with the design and got the proof the same day. The changes I needed were done by the next morning. Delivered the banner as promised. Dave was exceptional. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys to anyone. I will use them again for sure.

FastSigns DELIVERS! Every marketing product and every sign that weve ordered from them has been completed quickly (yes, they are Fast!), and the signage is perfect! Its great to have a quality, local business that understands customer service, and builds great relationships.

Fastsigns is affordable, easy to deal with, and always give me exactly what I asked for.

Worst customer service. I emailed regarding a quote and they took weeks to get back with me. They did lose power for 4 days so I left that alone. I was sympathetic to that. I emailed them back once I got the quote to have something added to the sign. They took 10 days to email me back. After that long wait, they forgot to add something that I had asked for in my email request. So I called the next morning to ask if that thing they forgot could be added on and the process could be speeded up. She proceeded to tell me no it cannot. I would have to wait. She then argued with me about how theyre so busy and they normally dont do proofs until they have a deposit (I didnt tell her or ask her to do a proof for me without a deposit so I dont know why she kept telling me this). When I asked why they made a mistake by forgetting something I would have to wait a long time for a correction on the proof she told me other customers come ahead of me. She acted like she did not want my business. She kept trying to lose my business by asking me if I want to even proceed with them. I asked her why she is asking me that and she said it seems like Im being argumentative and that I wouldnt be happy, which I wasnt, I was just trying to figure out why she was doing so little to help me out. Other customers come first she said. She was super unprofessional and rude.

FRAUD!!! Fast Sign was hired to install an out door sign for my business. I paid for the permit fees and the sign. They installed the sign without the permit.The sign does not light up and I have been unable to get them to fix it, let alone pull the permits. FRAUD
