I recently purchased a pool table from Allstate Home Leisure in Sterling Heights. From searching their website, to talking with the sales rep, to the phone call the day before delivery was very easy and professional. The day of the delivery, two people showed up, a brother and sister team. All I can say is...wow. The two of them work excellent together, very fast and efficient and professional. I have to be honest and admit my initial experience with the salesperson at All State Home and Leisure Sterling Heights store was absolutely the worst! After voicing my complaint in the store to the manager Jen, both her and Janelle IMMEDIATELY began to rectify the situation! Had it not been for those two ladies I honestly would never spend another dime in that store. I understand the power in my spending dollar. They were both willing to assist in everyway possible to regain my trust as a customer and I can appreciate that. They were apologetic due to the actions of my salesperson and as far as Im concerned have been able to retain me as a customer. This day and time lacks REAL customer service and appreciation so everything they did for me was absolutely phenomenal and greatly appreciated. Im looking to purchase some outdoor furniture for the oasis Ive created in my back yard and will definitely see what their store has to offer in the way of that after gaining back my business. Their customer service alone is why I rated them 5 stars. Thanks ladies.

I purchased a patio umbrella from Allstate and couldn’t be happier. Not only is it a great quality product but the service was outstanding. The representative that works at that location name Janell is very rude and disrespectful if I could give no stars I would have. My beliefs is that you should never argue with a customer when we would call to see if our order came in and she answered the phone she was always rushing us and was always rude and when we went up to the store because we decided to be refunded after being given 2 different estimated delivery dates she had us waiting outside saying they reached capacity and it was only 4 customers in the store when I started recording them she finally unlocked the door to let us in we had words and we cancelled our order I will NEVER recommend this company or do business with this company again especially if I had to deal with her I pass to many places that sale the same thing that I was interested in before I got to their store that would value me as a customer and my money she needs a professional ethics class 101

Not only that, the delivery team, Rhea & Charles were simply amazing! They were professional and friendly!! We have made several large purchases from Allstate Home Leisure over the years. Great store that carries strong inventory of product. We specifically work with Janelle Brown at the Sterling Heights location. Janelle always goes over and above to answer questions, find inventory and ensure we are getting the best deal possible. I would not hesitate to recommend Allstate or Janelle.

This place is very expensive but its all high quality items. If youre looking for high quality game room stuff this would be the place I would recommend. I came in to look at air hockey tables and shuffle boar tables and noticed they had a vast selection of what I was looking for.

We purchased a Jacuzzi Spa from Allstate. Allstate was the last store I visited on our journey to find the right hot tub for us. I saved the best for last! I walked in and felt super comfortable and not forced to buy something I wasnt interested in. Frank was amazing! He was able to work with our budget, was very knowledgable and he was super friendly. Needed a high quality ping pong table as a gift for a customer and Allstate took great care of our needs. Originally I called the store with some questions and when I went to the store a few weeks later, Janelle remembered who I was immediately. She personally made a call to the warehouse to confirm my order and took extra care to be sure our customer received the table as easily as possible and on the day and time that worked best for our customer. Customer was very pleased!!

I must have visited the store 4 or 5 times (with the kids, without the kids, with the wife, without the wife) and had about a million questions for Billy and the other folks at Allstate. By the way, I did the same to a number of the competitors. Hands down, Billy and the other folks at Allstate were by far the most helpful, informed and supportive of this important investment. I say investment, as we wanted a top-of-the-line quality spa that we could integrate into our backyard retreat.Billy is a throw back to the days where sales people actually did their homework and provided exceptional customer service to make the sale (and support the customer after the purchase). I found the competitors more interested in simply taking an order.I have now had the Jacuzzi spa for about 8 months and the entire family loves it. While in the beginning I had to learn the art of managing the chemicals, Billy and his team were very helpful and now it is old hat.I would highly recommend the entire Allstate team.

Best sales experience ever!!! And I didnt even buy anything. Frank is the best salesman I have ever worked with in any industry. He is knowledgeable, dedicated, honest and trustworthy. Frank worked with me for over a month about buying a hot tub and he had great follow up without being pushy which is hard to find these days. We put a deposit down on a hot tub to lock in the price but unfortunately we were not able to follow through on the purchase due to financial constraints. Normally I would expect a hard time getting my deposit back but it could have not been easier because of dealing with Frank. I called him up and explained the situation and within 1 hour my deposit was given back to me. If you are in the market to purchase anything that Allstate Leisure sells, talk to Frank and you will be taken care of with honesty and respect. When it is time for me to buy a hot tub and will not look anywhere else but to Frank.

Just got our new patio set delivered last week and we love it. Gordie (as well as the entire Allstate Home Leisure team) was very helpful and attentive, from purchase through delivery. The merchandise in the store is high-quality, not cheap junk. Lots of cool things to buy in the store that I didnt know I wanted!

We went to Allstate in Sterling Heights to start looking for patio furniture since ours was 18 years old. We fell in love with beautiful set immediately. The store manager-Billy was awesome. He came out to the house measured our patio and did a computer generated layout of the pieces we wanted so we were assured it would fit. Great furniture at great prices!! Would highly recommend!!

I’ve had a great experience with All-State. I bought a Jacuzzi 495 from them, from Frank Krause specifically. Although everyone has been great at the Sterling Heights store, Frank is beyond compare. He knows his products inside and out. He was patient with me and never made me feel pressured during the sale process. He has continued to be available to me at any time to answer questions about using and caring for my tub. He even came out to my house one day to make sure things were running well. He worked to get me a great deal on the tub, and when I had some issues initially, he made sure I was taken care of immediately. He is a true customer advocate. He is not just interested in making a sale. I have recommended several friends who are now thinking about a hotub to visit Frank. He is a bit of a drive from where I live, but absolutely worth it.

We purchased 2 large umbrellas recently, including a large cantilever umbrella for our patio. I was happy to find a local retailer with higher quality products than Lowes/HD that will last more than a season or two. Our cantilever was delivered and installed, but when we went to use it, the handle was missing from when it was installed. I called the store on Memorial Day weekend to let them know and my salesperson literally walked into my backyard with a replacement handle within 1 hour from the time I called and solved the problem. Top notch service, will definitely be back. Thanks!

I purchased a new hot tub in December of 2016. My salesman Frank Krause was great to deal with. They didnt have exactly what I wanted in stock, so it was ordered to my specifications in the time frame promised. No hard pressure sales to take something that was sitting on their floor or in a warehouse.. The tub had to be craned over my house in order to set it where it was going to go. The crane damaged mine and my neighbors driveway. It took a long time to get it corrected, due to locating cement contractors that would want to handle such a small job. But Home Leisures corporate office kept in touch the entire time until the problem was corrected. Great customer service. Would recommend this company and their products to anyone.

Gordie spent considerable time with us before even making a sale. Billy helped our decision on which spa to go with, even offering his advise as I compared models we were considering with competitors in the market.Aside from one piece of furniture ending up on back order, everything has gone flawless so far. The electrician recommended helped tremendously with advice on how to get started maintaining a hot tub, something with which neither my wife nor I have any experience.Allstate will forever be our first stop in the future when considering any purchases we now know they can help us with. Aside from patio furniture and spas, they have many toys that well keep in mind when / if we start to finish our basement.

I bought my Jacuzzi a little over 1 year ago now. I purchased a 2 year parts and labor warranty plus a 5 year shell warranty.1) The salesperson who sold us the hot tub was just a big talker telling us about how everyone loves him and how he always reaches out to make sure everything got set up and was running fine. He never did any of that. I did have issues with getting it setup and he never answered nor returned my calls. After spending a couple hours under the tub and on FAQ forums I figured it out myself.2) The installation and set up guys were really good. They were in and out very quickly and made sure all the hookups and electrical posts were set up. They did, however, leave the tub crooked on the hot tub bad when they left.3) Just recently my hottub started slowly leaking water out of the far right side. I took the panel off myself and found the leak but it is too covered with insulation for me to repair it myself and I dont want to mess with anything and screw up the warranty so I put in a claim with Home Leisure this past Sunday and they said it would be a couple of days. Tuesday comes and no call so I call again and they forgot to put my order in. So on Thursday I have to call again and finally I get transferred to someone who sets me up with a repair date. However, she says that the parts and labor are included in my warranty but I have to pay a $100 service fee so that way the guy can come out and go, Yep that valve is leaking under the insulation. This was no where to be found in my warranty paperwork nor was explained to me when I spent extra money to receive a warranty. She says that shed waive the warranty if its was within a year but since its 13 months she cant waive it and that poor customer service and illegal contract bargaining is company policy.I will be doing all of my Jacuzzi shopping somewhere else and be calling Jacuzzi hoping to convince them not to do business with such a disreputable retailer.

Jennifer was understanding when I brought my toddler to the store to look at furniture initially (I cant say the same for other stores in my area), and she helped describe the different lines they carry, describing the pros and cons of each to help me make an informed decision. I live in Ohio, but stuck with AllState because they provided competitive pricing and excellent customer service. Jennifer was patient and helpful, revising our quote numerous times until we had made our final decision. Id definitely recommend this store to anyone who is looking for patio furniture, or anything related to outdoor living (they also have billiards!). The type of customer service you just dont find much anymore.

I am a long time hot tub owner but it died and learned thru google searches and a modest amount of shopping of the changes and innovations in product. My experience with Frank and Jenn at the Sterling Heights store was wonderful. As a customer, I was anxious about all the options, features and, of coarse, price. Frank was very patient with my wife and I, answering our questions and explaining the new technology. He kept in touch with us by email..but no pushy sales job. in the end we purchased a tub which I think will be a perfect fit for us at a very competitive price. Im waiting for the tub to be installed in the next couple of weeks and trust my experience with the staff will warrant awarding that 5th star!

Very un-trusting people here. Lots of promises on servicing my spa and patio furniture with zero follow through. I was promised delivery on a specific date, only to have to pushed back again and again. I finally had to rent a Penske truck and pick it all up myself.Ive had my spa for less than 90 days and its malfunctioning--they are unwilling to service the spa (even though I was promised it wouldnt be an issue) because I live too far away.After spending over $20,000 Id suggest steering clear of doing any business with this company. They have been nothing but a headache.
