There were some good items on sale! If you dont mind paying a bit more for the convenience of not having to wait for shipping they have some cool items, just the cost was a bit higher than ordering online. Dont sign up for the savings club unless you are going to use the card at the other stores that are involved with the program. Otherwise its not good to spend 12 dollars a month on a 10% off deal.

Amazing service. Amazing workers! Very kind. Their FYE VIP is very helpful when wanting to purchase cool hip items for my grandchildren! I dont understand any of their fancy words these days. The workers there helped me out so much. A nice young man named Alex I believe was very educated on those Japanese Cartoons that my grandkids love so much. Definitely will be returning!

The prices in here arent close to competitive. Expect to pay about 30-40% more per item than is readily available

This store signed me up for a “rewards program” and didn’t tell me that is was actually a monthly backstage pass subscription for $12 a month.....when I called the store they told me, oh we have had some people do that without telling the customers. I called the corporate customer support line and they were very nice and got the issue corrected and my money refunded. Will not be going back to this store.

I bought a sharper image air pod type set from here. I told the employee that I would try it and return it if it doesnt work because I have had bad luck with some with either fitting in my ears or hearing on both sides during a phone call because I have an iPhone. Anyways, I bought a warranty in case I keep it. The employee was very nice and helpful. And very knowledgable. I do not blame her for this review. However, I bought the headset. Walked outside the store and charged for a little and tried it on. I noticed that it did not work properly. It wouldnt stay in my ear. And when I hear music, I can hear in both ears. However, when I place a call, I only hear on one side. Within 20-25 minutes, I was back in the store to return. When I returned, I did not get refunded the warranty cost. I was pretty upset because I returned the same day and the product was not good. I am not interested to return back to the store again.

I Love FYE!

I pretty much love every FYE. It isnt so easy to buy physical media these days. Tons of fun pop culture merch and the staff at any location I have ever visited always has staff that seems to be knowledgeable of some niche of culture music and video wise.

My son is a minor and has a debit card for automatic deposit for a part time job he works. When he made a purchase the clerk enrolled him in a rewards program for $12 a month. Being a minor he cannot enter into such an agreement. We tried to use their website and also contacted the store to cancel this agreement. It was most difficult to do but was finally cancelled. I expect this will happen again to someone as they have no policy in force to check the age of the customer prior to arbitrarily entering someone as a member.

Me and my dad always love going here. He usually stops to look at the CD selection, and i wander around looking at franchise merch. Needless to say, wide variety!

She had the nerve to question my intelligence and continued to make nasty comments towards me until I finally walked away from her. I have never been treated so disrespectfully. Wont be shopping there again.

If it wasnt for the dude at the counter i would have gave this place a solid one. he was very helpful I think his name was Jordan.anyways I used the music look up app on my phone just so i could trash this music literally made me want to gouge my own eyeballs out while i stab my self in the ear holes with never sharpened pencils.Tales Of Americaby J.S.ONDARA has to be the worst selection of music who in the right mind puts this puke fest on? i was literally going in there to see if they had any pokemon memorabilia cause that is what my son likes to play with right now.and this god awful music just kept derailing my train of thought.I was under the impression F.Y.E. is for my entertainment.that music was not only not entertaining but Im pretty sure it is the sole reason why bad things in America happen.I could go on and on about the noise pollution that is Tales Of America by J.S.ONDARA but the other things that bugged me is there were like 4 different spots for head phones speakers ect. how friggen disorganized.but seriously PLEASE PUT ON SOME DECENT MUSIC.thank you.

This is a very cool store, especially if youre into nerdy stuff, but things tend to be fairly expensive, and even deliberately overpriced sometimes. I would have given it 4 stars, but the last time I was in there, they had a snotty teenaged boy working the checkout counter who neglected to tell me that the free fye card is only free for a month and then auto renews at 11.99 unless you call and sit on hold to talk to a customer rep if you want to cancel. Thank you for giving me another chore.

Everything here is overpriced. The CD section is ridiculous, and the selection is underwhelming at best. The entire store has become a place to pedal useless junk to people with specific fandoms and more money than sense.
