WHen I called, I included the need to get the local speed limit sign to show on my dash. After working fine, it stopped abut 3 weeks ago. When I dropped off the car with a different tech, I again reminded the tech that the speed limit function needed to be fixed. Both of the first two tried to tell me that was a function of my On-Star. However, it worked fine for the past three years on both my buicks, so I disagreed. When I went out into the lot to retreve my car I noticed the function was still not working, so I drove it back into the garage. Both of my first 2 techs were distracked and werent overly interested in helping. HOWEVER, a third tech, Alex I believe, had overheard my discussion with them and offered to help. It was simple. The sim card had popped out. (I didnt even know there was one hiding in the back part of the tray.) He pushed it back in and all was good to go. Two fails and one help.
My one major complaint I have is the lack of communication. I made a service appointment (waited a week to get in) and dropped of my vehicle on Sunday so it was ready for your team first thing Monday morning. By late Monday, I still had not heard from anyone regarding my vehicles status. After I CALLED TO CHECK, I was told, well, youre vehicle hasnt been looked at in regards to your check engine complaint yet. So I was out of my vehicle for almost 2 days. Essentially, it wouldve been nice to have someone tell me what was going on so I could make allowances. Communicate. Communicate. Communicate.
The service on my vehicle was competed before the estimated time of completion. The staff was friendly, helpful and very efficient. Going there is really a no-brainer. Easy in, easy out, and Im on my way. I scheduled the appointment online, was confirmed by email, and I showed up. Easy.....and everything done correctly.

I had a real dilemma, as my daughter and three young grandsons unexpectedly needed to take my pickup truck to Michigans Upper Peninsula for a vacation. My truck was due for an oil change and tire rotation and I needed to get it done on 7/13. I arrived at Vyletel Service Department and spoke to Service Representative Michael, explaining my dilemma. He went into the garage and came back a short time later explaining it would be approximately 90 minutes before the vehicle would be completed. I was very happy waiting 90 minutes, especially since I didnt have an appointment. As I was in the waiting room my name was called in less than 60 minutes and advised that my truck service was completed. I want to thank Michael for making this happen, so I could be rest assured that my family would be safe using my truck. This is not the first time that I have been extremely impressed with the quality of service and professionalism of the Vyletel staff. Thank you Michael and the rest of the team.

By far the WORST experience Ive dealt with regarding Services/ Parts/Labor at an dealership!! Im not quite sure how there is soo many 5 Star Ratings sincerely there gots to be an gimmick somewhere! As I have my Buick Lacrosse Towed off of Van Dyke after leaving your dealership and explaining too your Service representatives before hand the extreme problems my car was undergoing before my appointment this morning how is it you guys allow for my car to leave your lot without even addressing the issue??? My 9 oclock appointment that suppose to been only 3 hours of labor turn into a 8 hour work shift and my issues is still present with my Check Engine light on!! Great Work Guys I must salute the hard work that never was accomplish!!

I called, without having an appointment, to see if they would be able to do an oil change and tire rotation. I told them I was 20 minutes away. They said come on in and they took care of it for me. In the past, when I would call, I would have to wait days or weeks to get in for an oil change which usually forced me to drive to a 10-minute oil change business instead of using the dealer. It was nice to be able to do it as my schedule allowed and the opportunity arose. Thank you for being flexible and allowing me in without an appointment.

I booked my oil change July 20 at 730 for my 2019 Enclave. The oil change took 2 hours which is totally out of line from industry norms. No advisor came out to discuss the issue. About 1-1.5 hrs into it, I noticed the time and I approached the advisor who said it would be another 20 mins which didnt turn out to be accurate. He had said the car had just been placed on the hoist well over 1 hour into the appointment. The advisor (Jeff Stein) did offer 10% off next occasion for approx $6-7 off. :(Initially I met Matt Hall when I arrived. When it was time to check out, I checked out with Jeff Stein. Not sure why the switch midway.
All I came in for was a warranty job and to reprogram the sunroof control and I came out with a almost 600 dollar tab for a dent that was able to be pulled out on a loaner vehicle. Mind you there was no paint scuff or anything. Never was shown a copy of the pre-use inspection either. I thought this was an honest dealership but I guess it’s true dealership always wins.

Horrible experience! I had a Low coolant message pop up on my 2019 GMC Denali. I did some initial research and found out that there was a service bulletin about this problem and that fix is to order a new coolant tank that has the sensor built in. I called the dealer told them about the message and the service bulletin. I scheduled the appt for 2 weeks out.When I was driving to my scheduled Tuesday 9:00 am appt I received a call from a service advisor telling me not to bring my vehicle in for my scheduled appt. He said that someone retired on Friday and the other technician that could work on my truck was on vacation. I was disappointed/inconvenienced but accepted it. We scheduled another appt for 2 weeks out.Knowing how my last experience was I called the day before my scheduled appt at 10:00 am. No one answered so I left a message to confirm my appt. Around 3:30pm nobody had called me back so I called them again to confirm my appt, to make sure they had a loaner, and to verify that the part was in. We were going on a family vacation the day after my appt and I needed my truck back. They told me that I was all set.When I showed up for my appt and the service tech told me he didnt even remember setting the appt up. I sat there for about 10 minutes watching them scramble to find a tech to work on my truck. Then they told me they didnt have a loaner for me to use and that I would have to wait.I just wanted my truck fixed before the 3/36,000 warranty ends. They really gave me the run around. I will never buy anything from them again. I will never have my vehicle serviced there again.

Keep in mind that Im over 60 years old. Back in my younger days vehicles were serviced manually; not by a computer that has to read codes to determine a issue. My issue wasnt found again because there were No Codes to constitute what I reported. Therefore, I have to continue to ride with my vehicle giving me bad performance. However, Michael was excellent keeping me informed from day to day and giving me instructions going forward. Also, I thank you so much for the loaner I used. It was A World Class Experience; but I love my vehicle Best and I will continue to ride it until the codes can give a correction issue for your Service Techs.All in all you can only do so much with the way these vehicles are made and mandated to service.
