Was waited on by Earlena W great service in and out in 5 minutes, took 5 minutes what there online service couldnt do in 2 weeks 2 agents claimed there was a new modem on its way to my address 2 weeks later I still havent received one, in store service was great though

They had me in an out quickly. The lady who took care of me was so nice and helpful. The customer service phone line isnt the best, but that isnt this stores fault so that doesnt effect their rating for me. I enjoyed my experience here.

Its Comcast. If youre here you most likely have a problem or are using the cash machine to pay a bill. So ya, no one probably enjoys coming here...However they do a pretty good job of getting you in and out quickly, and is faster than hours of on phone customer service.If you have an issue and just need a new box or to upgrade your equipment, you can be in and out in 5 to 10 min almost every time.

My representative name was Rahim. The best sales person I have ever had. I didnt know much about what package to get that would help me with my job which is virtual. He sat down and talked to me and made sure I got the best deal. Rahim knew exactly what he was talking about and every question I had he had a great answer. By far the best representative and I will come back if I ever need help. Great job.
I was in and out, the gentleman that help me reconstruct my cable plan was very helpful. I needed to lower my cable bill and he did just that. Walking in was way better then waiting two hours on the phone.
The people here and the office apparently dont use the same systems or just dont read each others notes. Nothing but issues that still havent been resolved

I have had xfinity Mobile service with them for over 2 years. Used the insurance once and they sent a replacement phone. After paying phone off I asked for it to be unlocked. I can’t get it unlocked because the imei number was never updated on my account.

The WOREST internet company . Im paying for 300Mb and the max Im getting is 70 Mb . They never been able to fix that issue. STAY AWAY if you have another option.

This is from a xfinity customer! Was on the phone for a total of 3.5 hours in one day. Rep promised me a package and and the amount was inaccurate. Tried calling to resolve issue but it was a vortex of confusion and upsetting customer service. If I can rate this experience as a negative 5 I would
I dont pay for television. It hasnt hurt me in the least tiny bit to not have cable. Antenna TV nowadays is way better then it used to be. Think about it, what else could the money youre paying them go for?

Very nice looking store & layout. They greet you the second you walk in the door & take your name & note what youre there for. Then you wait for a Service Rep.THATS the problem. If their Service Reps werent to busy chatting with each other, or lookin at their phones, maybe I wouldnt have to wait 8-10 min to get a simple question answered, or return a box.
Went in earlier this morning to get services hooked up. My associate today was Will. Will was able to set me and my family up with a great bundle. He was also able to hold a great conversation about some anime and Jedi Fallen Order. On top of that he was very involved with answering our questions and full of smiles. I would highly recommend dealing with Will if you get the chance.
Changed plan and renegotiated cost. The young woman who helped me (after a fairly decent wait time considering how many customers there were) was friendly, helpful, and quick. The whole store seemed to have run smoothly.

I returned all of my equipment. Comcast continued to charge me for several months even though they have record of all of the equipment returned and over $300 in extra payments to try to correct this. They now have sent this issue to collections when I have repeatedly paid them and not had access since October. The business is so big that they cant manage their customers. Avoid this pitfall. Find any other provider.
Nothing on this particular store, but expect to be on hold for about 40 minutes to speak to a representative. Just take the whole day off and stay on the line 👍🏼 Would not recommend to ANYONE

Paid 70$ for a professional tech to hook up service. He left without my high def working. Phone techs are text only cant talk to anyone. Service still not working not pleased. Oh tech had me go buy a 40$ cord did not sol e my issue.
Our Xfinity rep Brandon W. was/is the best. Took time to explain everything and genuinely wanted to help with any questions or concerns we had.

Could not have had a better experience. Waited about 10-15 minutes as two or three other customers were helped ahead of me, so waiting was only natural. Was helped by Kioshi and Fred who were both very pleasant and helpful. Went in to have service started as a new customer and came away with nearly everything set in less than a half hour of time. Entirely too pleased. I only witnessed what seemed to be great customer service and rapport from the other employees who worked here so Im really, really surprised by some of these low-scoring reviews. Will gladly come back here for any concerns/issues that may arise.
They are not good keeping customers. When your contract ends they dont negotiate well. But be a new customer and they will give you a great deal.
Overall customer service is great. Employees are friendly and quick problem solver. Parking is free.
The wait was absurdly long. Took 2 hours to be delt with. Many stations had people that seemed to not know what they were doing and took forever to turn over. Luckily we had a knowledgeable person once we finally got seen. Went with/for my mother who is older, and the bench seating with no backs for support for all that time was horrible. Reduce wait times and have some seriously better seating.
My recent experiences with this store have been OK. I was seen with in a few minutes and they were helpful. Although, I always try to go during there non-busy times. The store is significantly improved from the old store layout & process, but they still need a better process to handle the busy times.
Dont deal with Xfinity or comcast I think they change there name like they try to hold you to a verbal contract that you never agreed to. 2 years or more they turn you over to collections but will never get you any audio recordings of you saying you will not agree to new contract STAY FAR FAR AWAY ANY COMPANY THAT CHANGES THERE NAME YOU HAVE TO WONDER WHY
After three trips to two different stores, three different boxes, and four hours on the phone, Connor had me up and running quickly. Gave me his personal email address if I had any issues, which I did, then called me to follow up and make sure everything was working, which it was after he fixed it. Thank you Connor.
Had internet issues for 3 months that multiple techs couldnt fix and they wouldnt replace the line. Cancelled service and they charged for an extra tv box. I had the modem rental and on television in the home but they argued I had two boxes.I guess I paid for an extra one for decoration or something. Went with wow, they ran a new line and even though I pay more I have no issues with service.

Very slow, they also removed the starz channel and gave us more channels at a price. Very frustrating dealing with customer service. Funny I use to work for them in the 90s, they were easier to deal with back then. I feel sorry for normal regular people, if I get frustrated I can only Emagine everyday folks trying to do a few issues. I pray for all Comcast customers!! Amen..

Everytime I go there I have a long wait. Im generally dropping off or picking up equipment and I feel it should not take that long. Bad service.
Exchange equipment is refurbished not new . I waisted time today to go there to exchange modem only to get one that still doesn’t work . This time the phone connection is not working. Went back to the store in the evening, as the closing time was showed as 9 pm only to discover that they close at 7pm. Going back and forth costs me more than an hour or my time just for driving and not counting the time waisted in waiting to be served. So far I have spent over 8 hours with Comcast on the phone to resolve issues that should have been resolved in 15 min and at the first call. As much as Comcast technology is good the service sucks big time and if my trip tomorrow does not produce fruit as expected - it will be my last trip up deslxeith COMCAST ever.
Charge up your bill 40% and not say anything... ummm ok. Time to cancel
Horrible service. Xfinity rewards new customers with deals and punishes long time customers with outrages pricing that even the store employees could not believe we were paying yet they won’t help lower the price. Leaving xfinity after 10 years.

Fast, friendly service even though I was there to return equipment and cancel service. Greatly exceeded my expectations.
I tried to return some business equipment that we no longer needed, just remove the equipment from the account. They couldnt figure out how to remove it and tried to write the serial number to one of the pieces of equipment on a piece of paper as a receipt and let the warehouse figure it out. I left with the equipment, and will be trying to get o return it another way
Very, quick and efficient employees. I was helped immediately as I walked through the door. I was in and out of the store within 45min. Only reason why it took that long was I wanted to know, why so many people are giving bad or poor reviews. So I disagree with a lot of comments and reviews. Great store and even better staff.

System keeps crashing, and whatever island has their call center, should have classes in English we all know how to reset the router I have been told this countless time. Xfinity should just go away and let other people in. I would give a negative score if one was available.

The walk in service in the front was so slow, they called and bugged me every day to bring back my extra equipment and when I do I have to sit. They have to have a better system for returns

Based on the reviews I expected an awful experience. But it was actually pretty good. I came first thing in the morning and there were about 8 people already in line waiting to open. When they opened there was a gentlemen helping everyone get checked in. There was a place I could set my heavy box down so I didnt have to carry it and there were plenty of seats to wait in. I would recommend this location.
Wait time is terrible! I was the second customer in the store but was skipped due to them crossing my name and the name before me off of their handwritten list. After 6 customers came and went I questioned them about the situation. They apologized and took care of us both quickly. If it wasnt for the fact that their locations are few and far between, Id opt for a different store the next time I needed something from them! From the time I walked in to exchange my modem until exiting the store took 1.5 hours!!

Only went in to return equipment, but the setup was nice. They had a tablet to sign in and a screen that showed how long it would take to be served. Its never fun going to a place like this, but they made it decent.

Comcast/Xfinity is a horrible company, they lie, and then lie again. I was sold a 2 year contract, told the price was locked in for the 2 years and now the price has gone up twice. Both times I complained, both times they have used double talk to weasel their way out of it. Bottom line, was promised a 2 year price guarantee that was total bull. Comcast will soon lose my business. They are just the worst.

Barbara and Brandon who works in this place are one of the most trusted people who have often times been patient with my 84 year old Uncle who has always complained about the services of Comcast especially their billing statements... but they were the best staff of Comcast to the best of my knowledge....
