Paul’s attitude was not it. He would claim that he has the best gowns. My cousin went there to get her dress and the bridesmaids dresses and didn’t receive what she asked for. Her dress was missing important details and the bridesmaids dresses were a couple of sizes too big. The bridesmaids Material was cheap and looked like it was ordered from Amazon. His attitude made the whole experience even worse. I didnt buy a gown from him because his attitude was not welcoming. He also forced the bride and her family to write a good review about him. Let’s see where do i start! Honestly Mona Lisa has been SO GOOD TO ME! I got my wedding dress and my bridesmaids dresses from Mona Lisa. The owner was the best! He helped me with everything & gave me what I wanted & knew right away. He was really awesome!🙌🏼💯 I suggest everyone to shop at Mona lisa boutique. Paul is such a nice cool guy! Working with Paul has been one of the worst experiences. For starters he was making fun of a woman’s weight that was trying on dresses, that is low and unprofessional. He is very rude, makes up stories and talks a lot about others. Secondly, his dresses are overpriced and poorly made. He promised the dress would be ready a month in advance, which he again lied and I received it only two weeks before the event. The “scarf” that came with the dress was not even a scarf it was just cheap material. The color of the scarf did not match the dress and the dress was not the color I ordered. I think it’s also important to note that he does not have many options. All his dresses look the same with very minor differences. Overall the boutique is out of style and outdated. Paul is unprofessional and disrespectful, going to Mona Lisa Boutique will be a waste of time and money.

Paul claims that he is the best boutique in Michigan. I was the maid of honor of a bride that is in Chicago and me and her went to him for bridesmaid dresses and we showed him how we want them and he said we would have them in April and the wedding was in July but we didn’t receive them until 2weeks before the wedding and they were not like the picture we showed him the sizes were x6 times bigger and the color was not the same. I don’t recommend him to anyone, but I would recommend a boutique called Tevam in Michigan very very respectful and cares about his customers feedback and we bought 5 beautiful dresses from him and I would go again.

My sister bought a wedding dress from Paul and she was not pleased with the bridesmaid dresses and the horrible attuide he was giving my family, I honestly dont recommend him to any bride whos planning on buying a wedding gown from him. My mother tried on a dress from him he took her to a different room and wouldnt let us see her, as well as the bride was trying on the dress and closed the curtains on me and my family in a very rude and disrespectful attitude. And he forced my whole family to write a good review about him when clearly he doesnt deserve it.

The guy that was there would not tell me the price, he wants me to pay deposit without knowing the price and he also told me that there is another bride waiting while I have been in my appointment for only 10 minutes. Stay away! Owners son is very rude and a scammer. He pretends theyre super busy with appointments to make it seem like they are so exclusive with amazing dresses. Theres a reason why theyre always empty while Vere Moda across the street is always busy. After looking at 5 dresses Paul claimed we werent serious buyers and only wanted to waste his time. I guess youre supposed to buy the first one he shows you. He threw a temper tantrum in front of his mom who looked humiliated at his behavior. We drove 5 hours from Chicago with cash in hand just to dress shop. I dont think buyers get more serious than that. His loss, Vere Moda and Mina Boutique got our money and the owners are amazing. Apparently all the other stores know his reputation and have heard horror stories of him.

I’ve never seen or experienced a more disrespectful owner ever. He wouldn’t let the family come in to see the wedding gown when I tried it on. A lot of pieces on my wedding day like the ribbon that tightens the corset wasn’t with the dress as well as the zipper the attaches the skirt to the dress was not there and when I confronted him about it he acted surprised and I had to fix it last minute. I as well bought brides maid dresses from him and they came 2 weeks before the wedding day and the girls didn’t have much time to alter the dresses and it did not look like the picture I had shown him as well as the sizes were x6 bigger then they should be. Every time I confronted him he would say it was my fault and would put the blame on me when it’s clearly all his fault. His attitude and his ego weren’t appropriate, he would say he is the best in Michigan and would recommend only himself. To all my brides if you are planning or thinking about getting a wedding dress from him don’t, you don’t want the stress of dealing with him.
