Ordered a shirt online, from a less-than-user-friendly website. Ordered (and paid for) a grey shirt with black lettering. A few hours later, I received an email saying that my order was ready for pickup. Fantastic!!! But.......when I arrived at the store, I was told that my order WASNT ready. To add insult to injury, I was told that they were out of grey shirts, and Id have to pick another color, or walk to Macys and buy a shirt of my own. I settled for a black shirt.For what its worth, the shirt quality and workmanship seems decent, and the guy who helped me was extremely pleasant.Would I use them again? If there was a way to absolutely confirm that my ordered shirt was in stock and printed correctly, probably. Unfortunately, this location doesnt even have a phone number. Messages to this store have to be relayed to them through somebody at the Oakland Mall location.

Had a sweatshirt made and a t shirt as the man said they were running a deal, and all I would have to pay for the t shirt was the print.I paid $127 and change for both. I then went to the same place in my area and was quoted around $75 for both. Quite a difference. If I lived closer to Lakeside Mall Id definately go back and raise holy hell. Not right ripping people off. Will never go there again. People please be aware of this shady t shirt business at Lakeside Mall.

I am really displeased and unsatisfied. I bought a hoodie and a t-shirt. By the time i made it home and went to try it on, before i even put it on, there was a lot of peeling and rips in the logo. WASTE OF MY MONEY. I am going back tomorrow in hopes for a monetary return. If not i will voice my concerns to cooperate

The shirt was nice but completely overpriced. The person didnt tell what the prices were until we went to pay for them. $52.00 for one shirt and supposedly that was the cost for the work not even then the shirt....complete rip off. Have gone to other places and only paid 15 per shirt for everything....

The guy who made my shirt was extremely nice and helpful but the other guy was just rude and disrespectful. Definitely going somewhere else next time.

A little pricey i think but friendly fast and my shirt turned out really good
