Ive been purchasing from Metro for the better part of 6 years now. Everyone has always been extremely friendly and helpful even when the RARE issue would arise. Things were always handled courteously. As of recently their more recent Sales rep Cara has been nothing short of amazing. She has always been on top of all my orders and kept me up to date when material I needed was coming in. But, I definitely look forward to continue using your services!

Theyre a great company. They always answer their phones for orders very timely. Sometimes Ive gotten discounts for picking up large orders in person. I ordered 50ft of vinyl yesterday at 4pm and it arrived at Noon the next day via free shipping. Nuts! Ive bought vinyl here to wrap the roof, grill, and trim of my Jeep and my whole Tesla.

Metro has been great. I have wrapped my car twice, and just ordered a 3rd roll for a new color. Their customer service is always top notch, and I greatly appreciate them offering these materials to the general public. I have shopped with Metro for a while now, my last two Infiniti vehicles were personally wrapped (by me) with materials only they offer. More specifically the Metro 3D rust patina offerings. I always go with the Avery Dennison vinyl material. The printing is always crisp and dimensional, and Im planning on a third project as we speak. They simply have the best vinyl wrap selection on the market, and the prices are easily comparable to any other retailer.

Great experience and great team I told them the wrap I wanted and they add shipping wise came pretty fast and you can’t beat those prices. Installation was not as hard as I imagined.

I would not hesitate to order anything from this company! They have amazing customer service and will fix any problems you have, promptly without question. I ordered around 10 samples from them to figure out which color I want to wrap my car. Long story short USPS delivered my package to the wrong address and then told me that is wasn’t there fault so I never received the samples. I contacted customer service at metro about my problem and I received a response from a wonderful customer service representative named Olivia. I then told Olivia what the problem was and that I had not received the samples at no fault of their company but wanted to know how to proceed with getting another order sent out to me with the same samples. I sent this email out around 5-6pm to Olivia, by noon the next day Olivia had responded to my email and had already sent out a replacement package with all the samples to me free of charge! She also provided me with the order number and information to track the package. They could have told me the same thing that USPS did, which was pretty much “sucks for you” but they didn’t and they graciously sent out a replacement even though it wasn’t even technically their fault. This experience with Olivia and metro’s customer service was one of the best, if not the best, interaction I have ever had with a company. She was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable about her company and the entire shipping process. Once again thank you Olivia and I will be using Metro Restyling for all of my car vinyl needs from now on.

In particular, when I call, I deal with Samantha for all my inquiries. This is for her professionalism and attention to detail. If she says she will do something she gets it done in a timely manner and goes above and beyond to help in any way she can. I ordered 7 ft. of a new Avery vinyl wrap and unfortunately when I received it the vinyl had a long scratch through it. Samantha B. e-mailed a return label and I sent the wrong vinyl back. Anybody could make that mistake right? Samantha B. then sent me the vinyl back and a new return label. The damaged vinyl was deemed not usable and funds were returned. My boyfriend’s friend wraps cars and I wanted him to wrap my car and decided to buy the wrap myself off of this site and I was excited to wrap my 2000 mustang and he told me that 5x45 would’ve been enough to wrap the car and I helped him install it but it wasn’t enough. We didn’t have enough to wrap the roof, hood, and one of the fenders and we didn’t waste any of the material either and tried to use the least amount of material as possible for each part, so I ordered a 5x25 roll to wrap the rest and his friend and I agreed that the 5x25 roll looked pretty much as long as the “5x45” roll they sent us. 5x45 should’ve definitely been enough to wrap a new edge mustang without wasting any material. A shame that I had to spend an extra $300 cause I was shorted.

This was my first encounter with these people. So far I am more than pleased. I had a small order of samples but couldnt find exactly what I was looking for on the web site. Cara pointed me to what sounds like a perfect match, then managed to get it added to an already placed order. My communication with Cara have been prompt, courteous and more than accommodating.

The customer service with Metro Restyling has been absolutely outstanding. As far as the shippers they are currently using I could say some things but will refrain for sake of curtesy. Every time Ive had an issue the customer service team has literally bent over backwards to help resolve the problem in short order. I placed an order on this last week and paid for Priority Overnight Shipping. Metro had the item out the door within 15 minutes of me closing the sale. The vendor responsible for delivering the package lost my item and without hesitation Metro immediately filed a claim with the shipper and issued me a replacement as soon as it was confirmed that the shipper had lost my item. I had a vision, to dethrone a Rolls Royce Cullinan from its mountain top. I own a 2017 4Runner Limited. Its beautiful for what it does, its durability, and its aesthetics. However, I wanted to take it up a notch. It all started with small accessories from Autozone. For exterior detailing, I had to go up one level because Autozone is limited to plastic add-ons, letters, plastidip, and such. Dont get me wrong. When your mind is creative, a combination of this stuff can look good!For the exterior detailing, I wanted to try my hand at vinyl wrapping. A Google search showed that MetroRestyling was a reputable supplier of the material with a lot of variety to select from. I dont trust Amazon or ebay for this. Its like putting your trust on Bestbuy to give you a decent laptop instead of ebay or craigslist.The vision came to fruition when I first purchased the Hexis Red Superchrome. I applied it to the railguards of the 4Runnner. It looks like red blades, either of crimson blood or a red sun. Its horizon sets the sky ablaze. As for other areas here and there, I used the deep gloss black on some parts such as the door handles. This color blends with the overall body paint, which is midnight black, and prevents it from getting scratches.They recommend professional installation, but if youre very careful and you know what youre doing, you can pull it off yourself and learn during the process. All you need is a heatgun, clean preparation of the surface, time, and most importantly, a vision of what you want. I wanted to challenge the Cullinan. And this weekend youre going to see a challenger, if not, a new winner!

Ordered the Metro Wrap Fire Galaxy Vinyl Film and it was just completely unusable. Absolute worst detail Ive ever seen on a vinyl wrap, not even close to the images on their website. Just looks like blobs. Not only did I waste $80 on this (which they say is non-refundable) but on top of that, their Canadian shipping, which was already expensive at $20 USD, incurred a customs charge of an extra $17.50 on the other end. Looking at what I paid for - First Class Package Int - but it came Economy.. So they made me pay the more expensive fee, but switched to the cheaper shipping when shipped. A total ripoff and hopefully people read reviews like this to understand to avoid this company if you want quality vinyl wraps. I ignored the bad reviews and wasted $100 for not doing my due diligence.

My last order took 4 weeks to get to NH. The product was good but the shipping and customer service sucked. I decided to another car and tried to do an order online. I did not recall having and account set up and could not do an online order. I tried another e-mail address, still a no go. I call to place an order on the phone and am told I cant without an account. Needless to say I ordered online form another company and will certainly not be back here. Hi!!I just wanted to totally brag on the AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE provided from one of your agents. Cara B. truly went above and beyond!!! I had placed my order on 02/08 and was originally supposed to be delivered by the 12th. Due to a few delays via FedEx and the crazy winter storm here in Dallas Texas we still had not recieved our package.
