The original owners are great to work with. They are running Powerlet again and helped me with my motorcycle wiring for a trip.

The company was recently reacquired by original founders & thank god because I love the products! Every motorcycle, ATV, Jetski & boat we own has this product! Customer service is back on track and I couldnt be happier!

Beware. Ordered products 2 months ago. No response to emails and the phone number is some sort of marketing call to purchase roadside assistance.After two years I receive a response on this review from the original owners that they feel the review should be removed since they bought the company in 2019. You would think they would reach out to me to see what their company did. Of course they did not.Hey Google the review should not be removed as this is still the same company. Ownership doesnt matter the company does. They should focus on changing their customer service rather than try to alter prior review history. Powerlet, LLC for which I reviewed remains a 1 star.
