Best honeybaked ham ever, excellent easy fast curbside pickup

This ham pretty much melts in your mouth. Definitely worth the price

Placed oder on Thursday of last week. Went 12/24/2020 to pick up my oder, was told when I called that they may not have what I ordered. Was told that if you did not prepay youre not guaranteed that the items will be there. Only got 2 out of the 4 items that I ordered. No where does it say you must prepay to guarantee your order. Also asked while I was there about a pie being in stock,, and the clerk answered I dont know. Was not polite about it at all. This was my first and will be my last time trying to order from Honey baked ham.

Great customer service. There was an issue with my Thanksgiving order but the customer service was awesome. Food tastes amazing too.

I placed an online order for a turkey breast at least a week before Thanksgiving. Stood in line in the rain for close to 30 minutes to pick up the turkey and pay with a gift card, only to be told they are out of turkey breasts, never mind that I reserved one the week prior. No phone call ahead of time to let me know. No one bothering to tell people standing in the rain that they were out. Terrible service. I’ll never be back.

Literally ruined an already messed up Thanksgiving for my family this year. We pre-ordered Thanksgiving meals last Sunday for family after having to cancel get together due to COVID. Go to pick up and are told they are sold out of turkey completely! Said their truck didnt show up. What is the point of pre ordering if you dont reserve the product for your customers? They didnt even bother to contact us knowing they have outstanding orders that havent been fulfilled so you stand in line and wait only to find out they dont have any Turkey to give you and with absolute ZERO compassion from staff. I am beyond disappointed in this location and will not be ordering from them again.

Such a great place to get your ham or sides.. the young person who helped us, help select the right size ham for our holiday meal... offered suggestions and was in and out in a timely manner!!! Great store, friendly staff!!! A+

Always get a great sandwich here. They also have great email specials too. Wish there was a closer location, as I drive 40 minutes to visit this one, but its worth it.

I live out in Roseville and I make the drive out to this HoneyBaked Ham every single time. My family has been buying HoneyBaked Ham for as long as I can remember and this is the only traditional and true HoneyBaked Ham store left. Their product is always fresh and the staff is always friendly. I wish more HoneyBaked stores would adapt to the way they’re doing things.

For the amount of money paid, the turkey dinner was not worth it. The turkey and green bean casserole were just ok and the mashed potatoes were fake, no real consistency. We wont be doing this again.

The line was very long, but I still got in and out VERY fast. Great staff who are friendly and helpful.

I had a coupon that wanted to use but was deterred. I could have broken up my order and use theirs and mind. But the young lady did take all my bags to my car. That was sweet. Maybe I will go back and use it because I wanted a whole smoke turkey and not a smoked breast. Oh well.

Great food!! Can be costly but usually can find a decent coupon. The employees are very friendly and efficient. Never a long wait, even around the holidays when lines are long.
