First time homecoming shopping and let me just say the ladies running the store were amazing. They were running back and forth, helping customers, putting dresses back out on the floor for others to try on all while there was a line a mile long for the fitting rooms and to check out. The staff didn’t look frazzled and handled every minute of pressure like pros. Very impressed!

Terrible company. The size was way off and they made me pay to ship it back and charged an additional fee on top of that. Very slow customer service. Impossible to get anyone on the phone.

Tried to return an item that was never worn and associate refused to give me my money back because the shirt was “too damaged” is what she said. I literally bought the shirt in the same condition I tried to return it in. Never worn it what so ever and the shirt has remained in the bag since I’ve purchased it. When I purchased the shirt I could see the visible stains the associate was referring to but it wasn’t that bad or i wouldn’t have bought it. She then says they should have written it was damaged on the receipt when I purchased it and she would only offer me a credit but no refund. So your willing to accept it for a store credit but not a refund? If it was so damaged why would you accept it at all? Never going to this location again.

I was trying to grab a sweater on the table the lady who was folding didn’t let me touch it??Ohhh because she was folding them????? And she gave me the sweater without saying a word and her face was down like she was telling me to live her store. you can’t tell them not to touch the clothes she had an attitude she was super rude. I received the best customer service I have ever received at the Windsor in Lakeside Mall!!! There were issues with the computer system and my card was declining and these ladies went well above and beyond to ensure that my return was accurately processed and that I had my purchase for Mothers Day!!!! The closed and allowed me to stay in the store with no problems and worked hard at fixing my issue. Above and beyond is a understatement... I really would like to recognize the exceptional Customer Service I received. I appreciate it.

I would like to recognize the great customer service experience. The young lady Shelby was of great assistance she was nice, polite and courteous! She made sure we found everything we needed and my daughter is very pleased with her dress! Thank you Shelby for all of your help you rock!

Awful, awful experience. 2 associates working, one of them was probably a manager. One associate was helping a customer with back to back returns and the other one was just walking around with a red pen, probably marking items down. I was just there to pick up shoes and had been waiting in line about 10 mins and all she did was walk circles around me and just look at me. And there were times she would stop and talk to the customer in front of me and continue tasking. My fiance called me and asked me if was done yet and I purposely said loudly, No Im not done yet. No one has talked to me or helped me yet. She actually looked over to me and looked back at what she was doing. And finally got to the register and got the shoes, tried them on, got back in line and same thing happened all over again. I was here for 25 mins, far longer then I needed to. I was only anticipating 10 mins tops because they werent even busy. If I wasnt at my last option trying to find shoes for my wedding, I would have given them 2 middle fingers and walked out. Wouldnt even have given them my money. And people wonder why online shopping is taking over. Its people like these 2 that make online shopping more appealing.

It was around 5:30pm this day. There were about 4 employees in the fitting room and they couldn’t get their sh!t together. Very disrespectful and rude it took all off us not to ham their a55. Worst. Customer services ever. If you want to ruin your day you should go shop at Windsor in Lakeside.

Awful customer service. One female sales associate in particular had a very nasty attitude. Word of advice dont work in retail if youre going to walk around with such a nasty attitude and piss poor service. I dont know if her face was just stuck that way naturally from the resting b***** face or what! I have never experienced such poor service in my life. You never know who youre speaking to and how much money theyre planning to spend at your establishment .. good job on scaring customers away.

If I had the option to give a zero I would do it ina heartbeat. I ordered clothes online and kept some but some didn’t not fit well, I went to the lakeside location today around 3:20pm and the girl who was helping me at the register was super super rude. I wish I got her name she had dark feature I believe she’s the manager hair is dark. She made it seem like I asked for her do something out of her way. Her attitude was disgusting she’s kept huffing and puffing and kept talking under her breath didn’t say a word to me the whole time just had the biggest attitude. She made me feel so unwelcomed. That was my favorite store/location but the way these employees treat people is just terrible.

Ok. So I only speak about our time in this store. No greeting when we walk in. Dirty looks (or just maybe the their normal looks). Than when u ask the cashier questions she had a attitude. I ask jokingly bad day? She rolled her eyes and turn her back. She had brown hair. Now this has not been the only time in this store. With the same girl behind the counter. I get stores are understaffed. But you still dont treat people who are buying this over price items rudly.... I will say when they had a super busy day for homecoming they did a excellent job on putting back everyones dresses after trying them on. Only reason im giving 2 stars. But some of the employees really need to work on their attitude. Yes i can say this because i have work retail. Plus i still deal with the public.

Worst customer service. They get upset over simple questions such as if they had a certain item in a different color. It happenes everytime, last time I asked one of the girls if they had a pair of shoes in a different size, she rudely said no. I guess they dont want people shopping there anymore.

One of the girls is so horrible, dont get a job in f***ing retail if you have zero customer service skills, this girl definitely needs an attitude check, and she needs to fix her resting b**** face. Also dont talk about customers while they are still in the store! I wont ever be coming back here, and ill make sure people know too!

Really rude staff and cashier. Especially this one short girl with long brown hair. They act annoyed and bothered by the presence of customers and they all seem like they hate working there. If you try to return something they go into interrogation mode and throw attitude at you.
