The paychecks are good, however the work environment is very dirty, group effort to get someone fired.No write ups, no warnings, just straight to termination based on heresay.. I worked 56-60 hours ever week which included Saturday and Sunday my entire summer and no respect received in the end, just a goodbye. Dirty place in more ways then one. Dylans are #1!!!!!!!

Nobody help You to picking up

I worked here for almost three years from 2013 to end of 2015 and I had a great experience here. No the pay wasnt amazing but I learned so much about the manufacturing world and my supervisor John was the best hands down his attitude and integrity for his team and I were nothing short of perfect. Overall this is a great place to be if you want to learn and can keep up with the pace.

Out of all my years in the automotive field this has to be one better factories I’ve worked at. There’s room for growth in a family oriented setting.

One of the worst companies ever been to, they don’t care about their employees and the new people are getting more paid than old people that have been there for a long time. The line leaders treat their employees like a slave. For safety, they only give one pair of gloves every 1 week and they give you ears plugs every two weeks :( they’re really cheap.
