What an amazing and refreshing customer service. My expensive windshield got a crack on the driver side. I went in this morning to a smiling Judy who fixed the crack perfectly at a reasonable price for me. If I could give more ⭐️’s I would. I needed to have a Windshield Chip repaired and of all the Glass places I called they were the only ones who called me back. They said, Just bring it by and itll take about fifteen minutes for the repair. Im very pleased with the quality of the repair.

This is a great family owned business. We have used them for many years now. And the fact that they have a local shop now along with their mobile units makes using their services even more convenient. Prices are good, service is great. You wont go wrong using their services.

Stopped in to see if they could fix a few chips in the windshield thought I would have to make an appointment but nope the lady said she could fix it right then so that was awesome...took 20-30 minutes to fix them...The lady is super nice explained everything she was doing...Will definitely go there again if need be but hopefully I wont need to👍👍

Was traveling through Sterling and received a chip and another chip that cracked the window from road construction. We were able to locate Novus Glass on Google. Stopped in and they were able to get our truck in right away, fixed the crack from running more and fixed the window chip right away. Very friendly and professional. Shop was clean. Would definitely use Novus for my window repair needs in the future if ever in Sterling. We had a very good experience with Novus.

Everything was great except NO STRAWS???? What fast food restaurant runs out of straws???? Two coffee stirrers is a poor substitute in a large drink! Disappointed.

Best service. Fast,friendly and great prices. One of the easiest and best visits Ive ever had. They had drinks and snacks while you wait, not that you wait long. Front desk women made my day. Bottom line I will now go there for any of my glass needs. 😊

Wont use anyone else from here on out, it may cost a bit more but theres a difference in the quality of glass, cracks dont run like the cheaper option when you catch a rock! And they try and jump on chips right away...
