The owner is very unprofessional and rude. I have purchased 4 batteries through carquest. On my fourth battery I was talked into purchasing the gold battery, supposed to be there premium battery. After two years and still under warranty it struggled to start our vehicle. I drove 40 miles to this carquest in hopes of getting my issue resolved. A very nice gentleman tested my battery and said that the battery was still good. Myself not convinced I decided to buy a other battery as it was my wifes car and I work out of town and did not want to chance her being stranded. I then drove 40 miles back home to discover the battery did not fit. I decided at this time I would no longer purchase batteries at carquest. On my way to return the battery I purchased a new battery elsewhere, that fit. As I returning the battery the owner tried to convince me to buy another battery. I told him I had already purchased a battery elsewhere. The owner then insulted me and was upset that I went to his competition to purchase the battery as oppose to purchasing at his store. He then went on to say how his employee had spent so much wasted time with me. All he did was test my battery then send me home with the wrong battery costing me a tank of gas and a wasted day. At this time he then tried to kick me out of the store with out a refund. I insisted on staying until the refund was complete but he would not stop with the insultes. I told him if he kept it up I would write a bad review and his response was amazing. He said I dont give a sit. So here it is. BEWARE.

The crew has always treated me well. If I cant find something they either have it or know where to get it. Some of their stuff is a little expensive but more often than not I spend less than I plan on spending. Small town service.
