They had all the products at CosmoProf doesnt have in their store like perm rods rollers waxing strips and sticks

Says they do curbside. Says they are open. Nobody answers the phone. The website doesn’t give you the option. Great business strategy.

I only ever bought one item from sally for years. Then one day I met Rebecca. She is very knowledgeable of the products in the store. Always greets you with a smile. Her staff is pretty good too. I now buy several different items and look forward to see what is new in beauty each time I go.

The employees will say anything to sell you ANYTHING even if its a lieThey will offer you bogus beauty tips or hair tips even if its wrong just to sell there products

I really like Sallys employees always greet me when I come in ask me if I need any help very knowledgeable about the product always willing to help you its just sometimes for our area they never have some of the African-American products but they do pretty good for this area for not having a selection.
