I made a mistake ordering today in the drive-thru, and the person helping me didnt hesitate to let me reorder (even though they already made my wrongly-ordered drink!). I took my mistaken drink anyway as to not be a pain, but it was incredibly refreshing to know they were willing to help me out without hesitation. Keep it up!

Service has gotten worse. I understand no one wants to work during this pandemic, but at least train the employees a little better. Stopped coming so much because the drinks dont get made right and due to everything being out of stock. Makes dunkin donuts look good.

After months of trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt, Im done. If they arent out of the ingredients for the basic drinks (white mocha, pink drink, or caramel sauce) they are extremely rude. My friend and I are avid cup collectors; anytime we have called or walked in to ask about new cup releases we have either been lied to, snapped at, or ignored. To make matters even worse, I order my drink with light ice, and 9 times out of 10, there is at least an inch of room at the top of my cup. I do not pay $7 for a drink to be 3/4 full.

I go to a lot of different Starbucks locations. This one is my favorite, by far. Fun Baristas. Fast service.

Shaken espresso...green tea frappe...spinach feta wrap...oh my....just when I think I know what Im getting, see the menu. And the choice becomes difficult. They make anything just how ya want it. Great customer service!

My adult daughters love Starbucks... so I treat them when I can. The lemon cake is a refreshing sweet treat too...YUM!

They were out of ingredients for the drink I wanted to order the drive through lady helped me pick a new order very fast.

Not happy with Starbucks as they took away hazelnut, toffee nut and peppermint flavors those were popular and need to come back as I won’t be spending my money there

Usually pretty fast & accurate with their orders. Baristas are very easy to talk to when you order or have any questions. However, I waited over 10 min once for a mobile order of a regular coffee with heavy cream that I placed at least 5 min before I arrived.

Don’t even bother trying to go to this place during the weekend. Just sat in the drive through for 32 minutes for one drink. When I got up to the window, I watched the workers putting absolutely not urgency into upping their pace of making drinks when the cars are around the entire building.This place used to be so much better just a few months ago... what a disappointment.

Ive had nothing but good experience with Starbucks. The coffee is great the foods great and the staff is outstanding. However, they need to update their website when the hours change. I just drove over 25 minutes to get a coffee only to get there and find out theyre only open from 12:00 to 8:00 now. I understand with everything going on they probably have no choice but it would be nice if they would update the website so people know.

Nice new Starbucks and a welcome addition to the area. Only problem I had was the fact that my medium latte was only half filled. For almost $6, Id expect the cup to be filled as much as it would at any other Starbucks.

I dont care for it but my daughter likes the iced chia tea latte. So thats that I guess.

The employees are doing an awesome job. I expected slow service, since its new, but they are doing great on timing and orders. Very happy.

Always a good place to visit. We usually place our order ahead and go in to pick it up to avoid the usually long line at the drive thru. Works out great.

Dont usually go here because they are overpriced, but I got a giftcard for Christmas. They were out of alot of things I asked for on the menu. I then asked if they had another item and she must have been frustrated and just gave me my total. I asked again if they had this item because I wasnt done ordering yet, we hadnt even gotten to drinks yet. She seems really agitated but let me finish ordering. When we got to the window they said they had to remake my drink, which is fine I get it. My drink was only half full and there was a slimey looking substance floating around in it after it removed the half cup full of bubbles. I threw it out as it looked like spit. Yuck. Wont ever be back.

It is not the first time that a very poor quality happens to me here in the orders that one says, if I say low in ice, on the contrary, they do it differently a lot of ice and a little bit of coffee, I adsorbed it only twice and all the rest was ice you can see in the photo

If I could rate 0 I would... they have messed up my orders one to many times Im so over them and done giving them anymore chances and the wait to get your drink is ridiculous and then when you tell them that your order is wrong the person was rude but its okay Corporate gave me my money back!! 😒 👋 Bye!

Worst Carmel macchiato I have ever bought. My daughter got a iced chocolate latte and it was horrible too.. I live 40 minutes away so I thought I would treat us while we were in town. Did not work out ! They did not even put the extras in we paid for. Will not ever go back to this Starbucks.

Ive never bn to a Starbucks till recently at this local location, im not a coffee drinker or much of anything else they serve, being that im lactose. So ive bn trying things like teas, lemonades or sparkling waters. So far everything has bn very dissapointing and VERY expensive. There has bn a few things ive wanted to try but our location doesnt offer everything that the online menu has. Also tried the breakfast burrito which was very bland and over priced as well. So far ive only liked the cake pops &cheese danish and the ice. Im willing to try some more things because im so curious what all the hype is about. At least the customer service has bn very good so far, i do very much appreciate that part, so thankyou all who serve us.

It looked like any other Starbucks. I couldnt understand half of what the barista said, but Im old so I guess that dont count. And there was a crumb on the table that I sat down to wait for my dragon tea. The tea was good though, and the staff was courteous, so I dont really have a big complaint.

Usually pretty busy, but good coffee and generally friendly atmosphere. The pups also always enjoy their papachinos!

The staff at this new Sterling Starbucks did an excellent job with the customers and orders on the first day. Even during the morning rush, I was greeted with a good morning, welcome to Starbucks as I entered the store. I ordered multiple drinks and my order came out perfect. The workers were efficient and friendly, and one even helped me take the trays of drinks out to my car. This Starbucks crew appeared to handle the large crowds and drive-thru lines with ease on this busy opening day. I will definitely be a return customer.

It was clean in the girl behind the counter was very friendly.I got a white mocha with raspberry was very delicious. And my Aunt got a medicine ball and the girl behind the counter called it a cold Buster. It was also very delicious it made my aunt feel much better. I think it was a lemon mint tea, Im not exactly sure sorry I dont remember.

Another great smaller city Starbucks. Its so good not having to go to a mega-city to find one of these places. Helpful staff, no problem whipping up this custom order.

Spent 18 minutes sitting in drive-thru lane with only 2 cars in front of me. Arrived at order screen only to sit with zero communication, zero hint at how long it might take, zero apology, until I finally decided if the employees were this incompetent that theyd leave a customer waiting, completely unattended for nearly twenty minutes, the chances of my drink being made well were roughly nil, so I just left. If you dont have trained, competent employees, dont open the store until you do!

I love the coffee house feel, glad we FINALLY have a Starbucks in our rural community. However I suggest everyone join the rewards program to help keep cost reasonable.

Still learning to make all the drinks correctly, wait times a little long sometimes. But worth it all to have all the great choices and delicious products. Try them all!!!

I dont like Starbucks coffee but I do love their plain Latte. This place seems to attract younger customers and not so much seniors. Food and desserts are good but a little pricey.

I was excited to find out that this location was opening when I moved to the area from down South. The interior is nice and the baristas are friendly. However, I find it best to order on the mobile app so you get exactly what you ask for. I tend to customize my orders a LOT. Its just easier, but I do realize that they are a new location with new staff.

Two drive through visits over two days and I will say its well managed or has a very tight staff or both. Always tip in cash for good service.

I order coffee here every morning and that first drink of coffee tells if it’s going to be a good day or a bad day.. every coffee fien knows this 🤣.. it is always a good morning at this location! The coffee is delicious and fresh and the staff are very friendly and greet me as I walk in the door!! I don’t have phone service in this area and have to rely on WiFi, and when the girls noticed there was a decent sized gap in time between ordering and picking up they decided to wait and pour the coffee as I walk in the door! I feel like they take time to know their customers and go out of the way to provide good service! If I could give you more than five stars I would! Thank you so much for always making my morning good!!

Coffee is always great, but the barista couldn’t understand why I gave her $23.10 when my total was $13.10. Told her I just wanted a 10 back. She handed me 8 dollars and said that was my change, and kept looking at us like we were stupid. Told us she wasn’t good at math.2.25.18- Headed to Starbucks tonight at 845. Got there at 9. Signs and google say it’s open till 10. They were NOT open. Very disappointed that I drove all the way there for nothing.

Something is off with their mocha sauce. The mochas are terrible. Usually when I get a mocha, the syrup remaining in the bottom of the cup is chocolaty and sweet. When I dumped out my mocha from this location, the syrup remaining at the bottom of the cup had no sweetness to it whatsoever. I wonder if it comes pre-made, or if they mix it up on location? Check your mocha sauce Starbucks. Something is wrong with it.

Glad we have one in are area.. Dont have to go an hour away... Friendly drive thru, and nice variety of drinks. Favorite is seasonal ice latters. Would like if they had fresh fruit, and more healthier food choices.

The server was kind enough to add ice to my hot coffee so I could drink it right away it was delishes. There Lemon bread was fresh very refreshing.

I can’t understand how they cannot get their inventory right week after week! They are constantly out of Strawberry refreshers. One of the employees at the drive through is constantly rude as well.
